Assistants are stateful, persistent agents that can be equipped with tools like Knowledge Retrieval, and can access files you provide. This makes it easier than ever for users to provide visual context, share screenshots for support issues, or send images for any reason, streamlining communication. Agents will see a thumbnail of the image in the conversation and can click to view it in full size.

We resolved an issue where the ChatGPT object would sometimes lose track of the conversation history within a single session, leading to less contextual responses.

We also fixed a bug that caused the initial prompt to be repeated when a bot flow looped back to the ChatGPT object. Your AI conversations will now be smoother and more natural.

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our ChatGPT object! To give you more power and flexibility, we've integrated a wide range of new and advanced models from OpenAI. This update allows you to leverage the latest in AI technology directly within your bots. You can now choose from an expanded list of models, including the powerful GPT-4 family, the efficient GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini, and models with larger context windows. The newly added models include:

  • gpt-4o (Max tokens: 16384)
  • gpt-4o-mini (Max tokens: 16384)
  • gpt-4-turbo (Max tokens: 4096)
  • gpt-4 (Max tokens: 8192)
  • gpt-4.1 (Max tokens: 32768)
  • gpt-4.1-mini (Max tokens: 32768)
  • gpt-4.1-nano (Max tokens: 32768)
  • gpt-4.5-preview (Max tokens: 16384)
  • gpt-4-0613 (Max tokens: 8192)

This allows you to select the perfect model for your specific needs, whether you're optimizing for speed, intelligence, cost, or handling longer conversations.

You can find these new options in the "Model" dropdown menu within the ChatGPT object's settings.

Timezone Library Update

We’ve updated our timezone library to reflect the latest global daylight saving rules. This resolves inconsistencies in time-based actions for countries like Mexico, which no longer observes DST. All date and time data should now align accurately with local policies.

Live Chat Transcripts – Email Validation

We fixed an issue where live chat transcripts were failing to send for some enterprise clients due to strict email validation errors. Transcripts should now be delivered reliably as expected.

Leads Page Optimization

We resolved an intermittent issue affecting the filter and search functionality on the Leads page. These features now work more consistently, improving your ability to find and manage leads quickly.

Issue with the counter on the billing page

We used to have an issue with the page views counter on the billing page that didn't reset on the upgrade. The issue is resolved now.

HubSpot updates and fixes

  • There was an issue with sending custom fields to HubSpot if they were captured after email. We fixed the issue.
  • We upgraded the integration to use their new v3 API.
  • We also made improvements to the authorisation process and now the HubSpot integration shouldn't disconnect that often.

We improved our process of reseting the password and made it more secure.

New lines in the live chat messages

We had a bug that prevented the live chat message from splitting into separate bubbles on new lines if the message contained an URL. We fixed the issue, and now the live chat messages are split as expected.

Repetitive email notifications for leads.

Sometimes when your leads booked an appointment with you, they would get multiple copies of confirmation email. We resolved the issue.

Upgrade/downgrade/cancellation processes

We've made some improvements in the processes of upgrading, downgrading and cancelling your subscriptions. We've reworked some parts and fixed some minor issues to make everything smoother.
