Financial support,
technical and human
Up2green works as close as possible to the field, alongside project leaders and local stakeholders (associations, farmers, etc.) by providing them with technical advice on good agricultural practices, and, if necessary, methodological and administrative assistance for the management of their activity or the structuring of their marketing sector. We also provide them with financial support from public or private donors wishing to invest in their projects, and we provide technical and financial reporting alongside project leaders allowing donors to monitor the use of their funds.< /p>
Training, education,
awareness
Some of our programs include, or are based on, education or awareness activities on environmental and climate issues. In particular, we strive to transmit environmental awareness to younger generations, and prepare them to become the eco-citizens of tomorrow.
Compliance and control of defined activities
For all activities relating to our technical or educational programs, alongside project leaders, we ensure the proper implementation of the programs and the use of the funds provided. We formalize, for use by financiers, the reporting (environmental, socio-economic and financial indicators) allowing them to monitor the use of their funds.
Possibility of
certification by a third party organization
At the request of financiers, we mandate an external body authorized to monitor the good progress of projects (through field audits, or by satellite imagery) and to issue recognized certifications, which may give rise to the issuance of credits carbon or low carbon label. On plantations, we monitor the mortality rate of planted trees in particular, and organize their replanting if the result is below the defined objectives.
Setting up multi-actor projects
Many programs require the involvement of very diverse stakeholders: planters, associations, communities, research organizations, etc. We ensure the implementation and management of these projects, the coordination of the action of the various stakeholders, communication within the project team, and synthesis of results.
Exercise your Social and Environmental Responsibility through our holistic and community programs to combat the effects and causes of climate change, and for the economic development of local populations.
Preserve existing nature and create alternative income to practices threatening animal and plant biodiversity (poaching, deforestation).
Participate in decarbonization and depollution through plants by contributing to our existing or future agroecological and agroforestry programs.
