Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas 6 MI Manbaul Hikmah Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019 semester ganjil dengan responden sebanyak 29 siswa. Penelitian PTK ini terdiri atas 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data skala disposisi matematis. Hasil analisis secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan disposisi matematis siswa dengan perolehan skor rata-rata kelas sebesar 76,04% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Rata-rata kelas disposisi matematis siswa mengalami kenaikan pada siklus II sebesar 13,91%. Abstract This classroom action research (CAR) aims to study whether the cooperative learning model of jigsaw type can improve students' mathematical dispositions. This research was conducted in class 6 MI Manba'ul Hikmah on academic year odd semester 2018-2019 with respondents as many as 29 students. This CAR research consists of 2 cycles, cycle I and cycle II. The data analyzed are a mathematical disposition scale. The analyses show that the cooperative learning model of the jigsaw type model can improve students' mathematical dispositions with an average class score of 76.04% included in the good category. The average student mathematical disposition class increased in the second cycle by 13.91%. A. Pendahuluan Keberhasilan siswa dalam mempelajari matematika sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari dalam (intrinsik) dan faktor dari luar (ekstrinsik). Faktor intrinsik adalah faktor yang munculnya dari siswa sendiri secara individual. Kegigihan, ketekunan, dan keinginan yang kuat dalam mempelajari matematika merupakan faktor intrinsik yang harus terus menerus ditanamkan pada individu siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegigihan, ketekunan, dan keinginan yang kuat dalam mempelajari matematika harus didedikasikan oleh para siswa agar mereka berhasil dalam mempelajari matematika. Sedangkan faktor ekstrinsik keberhasilan belajar matematika adalah faktor lingkungan kelas maupun lingkungan yang diciptakan oleh guru melalui pendekatan, metode, dan strategi proses belajar mengajar. approac... more In the curriculum 2013, the process of learning use a scientific approach, where in this approach there are five stages these observing, asking, gathering information/trying, associating/reasoning, and communicating. This study aim to determine, whether a scientific approach can improve on mathematical literacy of elementary school students? The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttes design. The population in this study directly sampled, because researchers selected a sample of group-the group of which has been formed naturally, with samples of the experimental class is 34 students and the control class is 35 students. Collecting the data of mathematical literacy by essay tests, and the results from this data collecting is quantitative data. From the analysis of the pretes and posttes data found value of 0.03 <0.05 indicates that there are significant differences in the mathematical literacy between students who get learning with a scientific approach and students who get learning with a conventional approach. There are differences in the ability of mathematical literacy before and after doing learning with scientific approach which is shown with significance value 0,00 <0,05. The scientific approach can improve the mathematical literacy shown by the value of n gain in the control class of 0.31. The students' mathematical literacy who get the learning with scientific approach is higher than the students who get the learning with the conventional approach which is indicated by the mean value in the experimental class is 55 while the mean value in the control class is 49.6.
