Mata Kuliah Hukum Tata Negara merupakan salah satu mata kuliah Wajib Fakultas di Program Studi S1 Ilmu Hukum untuk membekali mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dalam memahami dan menganalis konsep ilmu Hukum Tata Negara,  Hubungan Hukum Tata Negara dengan hukum yang lain, Sumber-sumber Hukum Tata Negara, Sejarah Ketatanegaraan Indonesia, Pemilihan Umum di Indonesia, Dasar-dasar Teoritik Konstitusi Hukum Tata Negara Indonesia, Kelembagaan Negara RI menurut UUD 1945, dan Dinamika Ketatanegaraan RI.

Masalah perebutan nama ini sebenarnya sudah mulai terjadi sejak 2016 lalu. Saat itu, pihak Kylie Minogue mengetahui bahwa pihak Kylie Jenner mengajukan izin pematenan nama Kylie di 2014 untuk kebutuhan iklan, endorsement dan bisnisnya.
