This analysis will involve a diagnosis to identify problems in order to detect weak points that produce problems such as breaks of stock, high service times of orders, among others; which affects the commercial management of the company. For identify this problems, we used the forces of Porter and FODA analysis that allowed knowing the weaknesses in the logistic process and the management of the company.
