This study aims to investigate the relationship and the influence of entrepreneurial skill on business performance. The quantitative research data type was based on a questionnaire. Populasion is SME's entrepreneur, who are members of the food and beverage sub-sector community in Malang City, 300 SMEs. The sample size is 181 entrepreneurs of SMEs food and beverage on chips as the sub sectors were made using the simple random sampling technique. The Results of this study indicate that the relationship and influence of entrepreneurial skills with business performance SME's is small. Personal Maturity skill have a major contribution of entrepreneurial skill on business performance SME's. In conclusion, managerial skills developed becomes more responsible as marketing strategy plan, implementation and follow-up should be developed by researchers in the future, observing variables like entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, innovation and knowledge sharing as business performance predictions

This study aims to examine the influence of audit quality, good governance, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the performance of auditors in public accounting firms in East Java empirically.This research model is quantitative, with a population of 660 public accounting firms in Indonesia, with a sample of 200 active auditors in East Java. Data collection techniques with the documentation of the questionnaire, data analysis using Structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis.The results found that audit quality, good corporate governance, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence auditor performance.This research has implications for audit quality, good corporate governance, strategic leadership, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the performance of auditors in public accounting firms in East Java.This study shows a positive and significant effect of audit quality, good corporate governance, transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture on auditor performance in public accounting firms in East Java.

This study examines the effect of audit quality, good corporate governance, and transformational leadership on auditor performance with organizational commitment and organizational culture as mediation in public accounting firms in Malang and Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. This research model is quantitative with a population of 660 public accounting firms in Indonesia, with a sample of 150 active auditors in East Java. Data analysis techniques were performed with documentation from questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling. The results found that audit quality, good corporate governance, and transformational leadership affect organizational commitment, organizational culture, and auditor performance. Organizational commitment and culture affect auditor performance. Audit quality, good corporate governance, and transformational leadership affect auditor performance through organizational commitment and organizational culture.

The present study aims to investigate the linkage of entrepreneurial motivation on marketing performance SME at the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study has been conducted through descriptive quantitative method. The questionnaire of the study developed to investigate entrepreneurial motivation and marketing performance, this survey to 169 entrepreneurs food and bev erag e have been selected as the sample. Data analysis was carried out using the statistical program package PLS version 19. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct and positive significant relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and marketing performance. Of the dimensions of entreprenerial motivation, self efficacy, creativity and innovation, need achievement, and future oriented is able to produce marketing performance. Conclusions of this research is mindset and strategic thinking positive can tolerate business problems and market share are increased.

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Self-Leadership, and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Commitment. Simultaneously, the paper analyzes the effect of Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance. Secondly, to the influence of Organizational Commitment as well as Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance. The number of samples in this study were 153 consist of small and medium enterprises. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used in this study. The results showed that Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Organizational Commitment. Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation affect Performance. Organizational Commitment influences Performance. Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Performance through Organizational Commitment.

PT. Bakrie Telecom, Tbk is the only private company in the telecommunication industry as the main competitor of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk which sees innovation as having a vital role to boost performance and competitiveness. Meanwhile, the leadership style is highlighted as one of the most important influences on organizational innovation, as well as organizational culture that is essentially used as a variable in creating and implementing organizational innovation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the extent to which innovation has been applied to PT. Bakrie Telecom, Tbk and the effect of transformational leadership and the organizational culture to innovation. The data has been collected by using questionnaires with the samples of 83 employees who work in the Marketing Department at PT Bakrie Telecom, Tbk (Northern Region of Sumatera). Then, the data were analyzed using the Path Analysis model, Sobel Test and Bootstrapping. The results show that transformational leadership contributed 43.3% in explaining the organizational culture, while the transformational leadership insignificantly affected the innovation. Moreover, the transformational leadership had a direct effect to the organizational culture. Finally this study reconfirms that organizational culture mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and innovation.

Knowledge management as the process by which organizations accumulate intellectual capital and use it to gain competitive advantage. When organizations make a huge investment to intellectual assets, the organization must be able to measure the impact of knowledge management (KM) to the organization (tangible outcomes) and is confident that by the organization in order to collect the knowledge assets in line with the vision of the organization's mission. The objective of the research is to develop and test-development model of performancebased Knowledge Management (KM) Scorecard well as formulate a program for the development of BKAD based on intellectual capital owned.To achieve the objective, the research is carried out with the approach of participant observation. The result indicates that the assessment of KM scorecard in general provides adequately fine results when they are seen from four perspectives, those are intellectual, social, structural and humanity. The activities of human resource development (PSDM), natural resource development (PSDA), and economic resource development (PSDE) have resulted in economic increase, knowledge and skill increase, and have opened job opportunities and foster entrepreneurship opportunity. Seen from business development of real sector, BKAD has succeed to develop business of real sector based on areal resources which is in accordance with its regional potency.

The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school principal leadership, teacher performance and learning facilities on student achievement in SMP Negeri 1 Kepanjen. The design of this research is causality design with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Kepanjen, amounting to 50 people with the data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation of data. The technique of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities have no effect on student achievement, leadership and teaching performance. Headmaster Significantly influences student achievement, and teacher performance has a dominant influence on student achievement.

This study aims to describe school culture, teacher performance, principal leadership and quality of education in senior high schools in Ende district, to examine school culture, teacher performance, and principal leadership, simultaneously affecting the quality of education in senior secondary schools in Ende district. examining school culture, teacher performance, and principal leadership partially affect the quality of education at high schools in Ende Regency, knowing the school culture variables, teacher performance, principal leadership, which have a dominant effect on the quality of education in senior high schools in Ende Regency. This type of research uses quantitative analysis with the method used is the quantitative description. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that school culture, teacher performance, and principal leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of education in senior secondary schools in Ende district. Partially school culture does not have a significant effect on the quality of education in senior secondary schools in Ende district. Teacher performance and principal leadership partially have a significant effect on the quality of education in secondary schools in the Ende district.
