Also, for ASEAN, the way to see its institutional design and arrangement decides its version. If the long-standing constraints cannot be fixed, the disputes within ASEAN and crisis beyond ASEAN may break up the organization.

Therefore, a typical opinion leader's posts on Facebook are collected from May to July in 2016 to explore the characteristics of posts and the roles of opinion leader on political engagement with content analysis and semi-structure interview. Results show that opinion leader cares more about public issues and pays large attention to seek and offer information to attract followers. His accumulations on the judgement of sensitive information and accurate and original comment indicate education background, working experience and personal circumstance are very individualized and hard to be imitated. Considering the talented people and migrant workers can contribute their knowledge and perspectives to country and society, government should provide incentives to attract these potentially mobile populations by relieving their homesickness which is a common and inevitable emotion with negative features and reflections existing in different people. Compared with other factors affecting immigrants staying or returning, homesickness is an abstract and private expression which depends on personal background and experience and cannot be eliminated over times. According to the above assumptions and considering the urgent needs of Taiwan's International space, two males and five females International students aged from undergraduates to PhD candidates across four continents studying in Taiwan as purposive sampling constitute the design of this study. This study employs semi-structure interviews and Critical Incident Technique to analysis seven students' homesickness and their coping strategies and tries to suggest assistant to alleviate homesickness of such students. The resultant transcripts emerge as themes and subthemes: the reasons for studying in Taiwan; impressions of Taiwan; understanding of homesickness; the strategies of dealing with homesickness; and suggestions. The results show that different people have different interpretations on homesickness which lead to different strategies and information behaviors. Students from East-Asia whose countries share more similarities with Taiwan admitted Taiwan can relieve their homesickness, but those from remoter places and with stranger cultures, in other words non-East-Asian students, felt unfamiliar and helpless especially when they were freshmen. Taiwan government at present cannot provide enough activities and language environments to satisfy them. The study argues that if the authority wants to retain immigrants out of East Asia, it has to consider relieving the homesickness of immigrants with different means including the provision of appropriate software. The mobilization of individuals has been a political and social issue today. People can go to another city or country easily because of the development of Technology and Internet with purposes, for example visiting, studying, working and seeking shelters. It is not hard to understand that these flowing people especially the talented and migrant workers can benefit host countries. Considering the roles of the mobile populations, government should provide incentives to attract even remain those talented people from the world. Compared with other usual factors affecting people's decisions of staying or returning, like money, chance and the perspective of a city or a country, homesickness is an abstract and private expression which depends on personal background and experience and cannot be eliminated over times. Relieving homesickness which is a common and inevitable emotion with negative features and reflections existing in different people can be a starting point if government wants to remain International talents with measures.

Although the condition of rural folk library is very bad, because its grip minimum interference by administrative power and spirit, and today very easy access to information, rural folk libraries can be exploring new test of the relationship between readers and library. Before development, however, the rural folk library needs to rely on the local community and to the society to raise resources to consolidate itself. This study through a case found that rural folk library is open from system to system and the application of the Internet leads to use of social capital in the form of a flexibility and validness, and stays in a narrow scope of the use of community resources and bases on the tangible resources. Have stable and good relationship with Zhuo Ying library is closely related with its working principle of the education institutions. Because lack of local people to participate in, Zhuo Ying which was founded two years ago just gives priority to survive.

Hence worlding, defined in various ways such as “the whole new way to globalize” and “the art of being global”. In worlding, we are invited to re-imagine globalization in a new light unaffected by the dominant discourses of state and business. Unlike globalization, wording is neither a fatalistic structural force nor the triumphant sweep of neoliberal capitalism. It is practice of world-making, a pursuit of an alternative globalization (or globalizations).
The Inter-Asia cultural studies scholarship has been an effort to engage in cultural and intellectual construction of Asia. What Asia has been made during this initial phase? What Asia should be made in the future? With the theme of worlding, the 2017 conference hopes to re-examine the efforts thrown thus far and to appreciate emerging trans-bordering forms in Asia outside or in the gaps and cracks in the neoliberal hegemon. The term should open up new research areas and agendas of inter-Asia cultural studies.

It not only describes the history and changes of several local architectures but also questions some behaviors of government. For government, the wish to development in a middle city is fierce, but the residents' voices are ignored.

It evolves with the engagements of the authoritarian government and globalization over time. Cantonese in China is special because it remains strong under the constant suppression from the administration and the continual interactions between the natives and migrants. However, the concern about Cantonese dying among the natives has been increasing in recent years. The speaking population, the imposed language policy, and the economy at least determine Cantonese’s life. In particular, the economy is also a window to examine the central-local relations in China due to the leading roles of the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong, and Macau in China’s economic growth. Therefore, the struggles of local language between the younger generation and the Communist Party via the Internet are exposed. The book intends to explore the rising of a potential language community around the globe that speaks Cantonese by analyzing the usage and images of Cantonese of a popular TV show on YouTube, discussion groups on Baidu Tieba and Facebook, and talk shows on Bilibili with content analysis, interviews, and cases studies. Through this research, the relations between language and collective identity will be presented in an innovative way.
This book has something to offer everyone, regardless of age or background. For those residing in mainland China, it’s a journey back in time. Older Cantonese speakers will reminisce about their childhood, with memories of delicious Cantonese food, playful children’s songs, and cherished customs. Even those who aren’t native Cantonese speakers will recall the Cantonese TV shows, movies, and music that colored their youth. Younger readers will find familiar elements in the short videos they currently enjoy. For language preservation advocates, this book sheds light on Cantonese speakers’ efforts to protect their native language and the challenges they face. For readers outside of mainland China, it offers insights into the country’s internal changing landscape, especially grassroots practices and identities. By blending the disciplines of linguistics, political science, and communication, this book provides a broad perspective on how language is intertwined with our sense of belonging.
