I have over thirteen years working experience both in the industry as electronic engineer, and in the academia as a university lecturer. I have over ten years’ experience as a university lecturer. I have been involved in teaching, researching and supervision of students both at undergraduate and graduate levels till date. I have equally held several administrative posts such as examination officer, academic curriculum developer and postgraduate studies committee member of the faculty.
I have attracted a number of study fellowship awards and research grants in the course of my active research efforts. A typical example is the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) awarded for academic staff training and development in Nigeria. I was also a primary contributor to a grant-winning research proposal under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The awarded grant duration was two years (2014-2016).
