Vocational High School (SMK) graduates hope to get a job after graduation rather than continue their study. However, it does not preclude the possibility that they will continue their studies at the higher education level. Therefore, this training aims to enhance participants’ capacity to plan their career paths, particularly for higher education. The first step in the training process is distributing the material, followed by a workshop. A lecture introduces the subject matter, and a workshop setting involves participatory action research. The evaluation’s findings demonstrate that students’ knowledge and skills improve due to the training received, and they can better comprehend the career path they will eventually pursue. This violence is experienced by many women and has a negative impact on the psychological side. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of forgiveness and social support on psychological well-being in women survivors of violence in dating relationships, partially or simultaneously. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The research participants were 143 women survivors of violence in dating relationships. The study instruments include the forgiveness scale, social support scale, and the psychological well-being scale which is the result of adaptation. The results showed that forgiveness and social support had a significant effect on psychological well-being both partially and simultaneously where forgiveness contributed 17.6% and social support 49%. Simultaneously, forgiveness and social support contributed 24.1% and the remaining 75.9% was influenced by other factors. This means that the higher the forgiveness and social support that survivors of dating violence have, the higher their psychological well-being will be. The implication of this research is that women who have survived dating violence need to understand the importance of forgiveness and social support. If the problems experienced are too complicated and interfere daily activities, immediately consult to a psychologist or psychiatrist for further treatment.
