Electro-Plasma Disruptor Cannon for the 25mm Mad Scientist's Laboratory

The mad doctor has finished working on his newest weapon prototype in the lab: the Electro-Plasma Disruptor Cannon!

Another wonder of future science, this weapon causes the molecular structure of its target to vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, actually causing the target to lose its physical integrity.

The prototype for the EPD Cannon consists of two main components. The gun itself and its power inducer station.

This science fiction scenery piece is designed for use with 25-28mm scale game miniatures.

Small Weapons and Supplies Caches Objective Markers for 25 to 28mm Miniature Wargaming

What can warriors always use on the battlefield?  More weapons, of course!

These smaller weapons and supplies caches can be used in nearly any modern or near future scenario. Even if not used as an actual victory objective marker in a scenario, these scenery pieces can be scattered around the battlefield to provide additional cover for your troops.

Designed for use with 25-28mm scale miniatures. The bases measure 1-1/4 inches (32 mm) in diameter.

Missile Turret Defense Weapons 25-28mm Scale War Game Scenery

Short range missiles are an important part of future battlefield weapons systems. These small missile launchers can be integrated into the defense systems for fixed positions (such as population centers, military complexes, and industrial sites).

This first launcher fires a single ground-to-air anti-aircraft missile.

Here the same launcher is fitted with a ground-to-ground missile. It is mainly useful against attacking ground vehicles and massed infantry assaults.

Although designed for stationary defensive positions, these small missile launchers can be mounted on ground vehicles for added battlefield mobility.

Designed for use with 25 to 28mm scale miniatures, although they could be adapted as larger missile launchers for 15mm scale war games. They can be used as weapons systems to add to your force's combat strength or simply as objective markers.

Victory Objective Scenery Counters for Science Fiction Miniatures War Games

Small pieces of scenery or terrain often can be used as victory objective counters in many table top war games such as Warhammer 40k™. Here is a small sampling of such scenery bits that can be placed on the game table. All are designed to be portable for deployment in a wide range of field operations.

First is a portable field communications unit.

Here is a small air defense missile launcher.

These two scenery pieces represent force field generator nodes that can be set up on small sites to provide high tech defense for the immediate area.

Remote Perimeter Defense Gun Turret Science Fiction Game Terrain

This science fiction scenery piece represents a remote perimeter gun turret.

Commonly erected as perimeter defense weapons around secure military sites, these are unmanned turrets and are controlled by a central fire command post.

These gun turrets can be fitted with a variety of weapons systems. This particular turret sports two heavy cannons for anti-vehicle and anti-personnel fire. It has a targeting sensor array mounted on top of the turret.

The turret actually swivels a full 360 degrees. The terrain piece stands about 3 inches (75 mm) tall and is designed for use with most 25 to 30 mm miniatures.

It works well on any futuristic battlefield, military installation, or secret research station.

Gun Tower Observation Platform Science Fiction Terrain 25 mm

This scenery piece represents an armored gun tower.  It provides an elevated observation or firing platform for defensive troops.

Access to the tower is by an armored hatch located at the bottom of the central support column.  Part way up the column are two gun slits for additional firing positions.  A circular hatch provides access to the upper gun platform.

This type of defensive structure can be found around established military installations, as well as starports, scientific research facilities, and so on.

Designed for 25 to 28 mm figures for science fiction miniature war games and role-playing games.  The tower stands about 4 inches (100 mm) tall.  The upper platform is about 4-3/4 inches (120 mm) in diameter.

Missile Launchers for 20-30 mm Science Fiction War Games

In the high tech battles of the future, airborne assaults will be a major concern for any military force. Here are some air defense weapons systems that can provide protection against such attacks.

The first missile launcher sports two large missiles mounted on either side of the central control pylon. The launcher is designed so the upper central pylon rotates in a 360-degree arc.

The second design folds a total of eight smaller missiles housed in a single rack set atop the pylon. As with the first design, this launcher can pivot 360 degrees.

These terrain pieces can be used in many types of combat scenarios. Designed for permanent installation, they can be placed around military bases, population centers, and other high value targets.

Designed for 20 to 30 mm scale miniature war gaming (shown here with some 28mm Space Marine miniature figures). The launchers are on 3 x 3 inch (75 x 75 mm) bases and stand about 3-1/2 inches (90 mm) tall. Would make excellent victory objectives in such systems as Warhammer 40K™ and Warmachine™.

terrain mad science weapon electropulse cannon warhammer 40k 25-30 mm science fiction miniatures
terrain mad science weapon electropulse cannon warhammer 40k 25-30 mm science fiction miniaturesThis scenery piece represents a large, heavy fixed weapon. It fires a pulsed narrow-beam of supercharged electrical particles capable of breaching heavily armored vehicles and even lightly shielded starships.

Because of its size, this weapon system must be mounted on a stationary hardpoint and is not usually seen on the open battlefield. It is often deployed as part of the defensive systems on larger military installations, industrial complexes, population centers, and larger starports.

This would do well as a victory objective in many science fiction table top miniatures war games including Warhammer 40K™ and Warmachine™. Or it could be used in a pulp or super hero setting as a prototype weapon of mass destruction created by a mad scientist working toward world domination.

Whatever the game system you are using, this terrain piece will certainly attract some attention on your game table.

The cannon is about 6 inches (150 mm) in overall length. The base is 4-3/4 inches (120 mm) in diameter.

Inspired by the V-1 flying bombs that were part of the German advanced-tech arsenal in World War II, this piece represents a large rocket installation.

The launcher stands about 8" high. The buzz bomb is a separate piece that can be removed from the launcher. The rocket measures about 7-1/4" in overall length.

Makes a great victory objective. Can be used in a wide range of historical gaming periods from the gritty action Pulps of the 1930s to the far future science fiction battlefields such as Warhammer 40K™.
