He is considered an essential figure in the development of philosophy, especially the Western tradition, and he founded the Academy in Athens, the first institution of higher learning in the Western world. Along with his teacher Socrates and his most famous student, Aristotle, Plato laid the foundations of Western philosophy and science (Encyclopaedia Britannica, 2002). Alfred North Whitehead once noted: "the safest general characterization of the European philosophical tradition is that it consists of a series of footnotes to Plato" (Whitehead, 1978). Plato's dialogues have been used to teach a range of subjects, including philosophy, logic, ethics, rhetoric, religion and mathematics. His lasting themes include Platonic love, the theory of forms, the five regimes, and innate knowledge, among others. His theory of forms launched a unique perspective on abstract objects, and led to a school of thought called Platonism. Plato's writings have been published in several fashions; this has led to several conventions regarding the naming and referencing of Plato's texts (Irwin, 2011). Its an endeavor to discuss about the Ideal State Idea of Plato.

The data collection component of research is common to all fields of study including physical and social sciences, humanities, business, etc. While methods vary by discipline, the emphasis on ensuring accurate and honest collection remains the same. The goal for all data collection is to capture quality evidence that then translates to rich data analysis and allows the building of a convincing and credible answer to questions that have been posed (www.en.wikipedia.org). It is an endeavor to discuss about some techniques of data collection.

Industrial relations is increasingly being called employment relations or employee relations because of the importance of non-industrial employment relationships (Philip L., Adrian T., Mark S., 2003); this move is sometimes seen as further broadening of the human resource management trend (Paul B., Rebecca K., 2008). Indeed, some authors now define human resource management as synonymous with employee relations (Ed R., 2008). Other authors see employee relations as dealing only with non-unionized workers, whereas labor relations is seen as dealing with unionized workers (John R O., Susan T C., 2005). Industrial relations studies examine various employment situations, not just ones with a unionized workforce. However, according to Bruce E. Kaufman "To a large degree, most scholars regard trade unionism, collective bargaining and labor-management relations, and the national labor policy and labor law within which they are embedded, as the core subjects of the field" (Bruce E. K., 2008). Under this circumstances, it is a trial to find out Challenges and Prospects of Industrial Relations in the RMG Sectors of Bangladesh.

Personnel may require training for a variety of reasons, including the need to maintain levels of competence and respond to the demands of changing circumstances and new approaches and technologies. Training by itself cannot solve structural, organizational, or policy problems within an organization, although supportive supervision and the use of motivational strategies can help sustain performance improvement derived from training (www.who.int/medicinedocs/documents). This is an endeavour to say something about organizing a training course
