In this study the research period was carried out on customer activities in December 2018 to February 2019. The population in this study were 96 respondents with a total sample of 73 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using statistical tests through validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and t-test hypothesis and F test. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of the research are obtained. The purpose of this study is to determine the independent variables of free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt to equity ratio on the dependent variable of dividend payout ratio in metal and allied product companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The population in this study is the metal and similar subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 17 companies, and the selected sample is 6 companies because they have met the criteria for purposive sampling. Using secondary data as research data obtained from the annual financial statements of metal and allied product sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 with the analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results of this study indicate that the free cash flow variable, the investment opportunity set partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, and the debt to equity ratio variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan bisnis (X1) dan orientasi kewirausahaan (X2) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelaku UKM (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 pelaku UKM yang dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi berganda, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis lingkungan bisnis dan orientasi kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja usaha pelaku UKM baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Persamaan regresi diperoleh hasil Y =-0,423 + 0,102 X1 + 0,307 X2, dapat disimpulkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pelaku UKM di Desa Paron Kecamatan Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri.

Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada lingkungan bisnis dan orientasi kewirausa... more Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada lingkungan bisnis dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu peningkatan kinerja pelaku UKM, maka penelitian yang digunakan termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penggunaan penelitian terapan dan bertujuan explanation (penjelasan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan bisnis (X1) dan orientasi kewirausahaan (X2) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelaku UKM (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 pelaku UKM yang dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi berganda, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis lingkungan bisnis dan orientasi kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi kinerja usaha pelaku UKM baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Persamaan regresi diperoleh hasil Y =-0,423 + 0,102 X1 + 0,307 X2, dapat disimpulkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pelaku UKM di Desa Paron Kecamatan Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri.
