Inspired by the image, an impressionistic sonic language emerges that, starting from an apparent initial stillness, evolves through small lively movements rich in changing timbres, reflecting a solid architecture in an ever-changing context. The dialogue between the instrumental groups evokes the imagery of the Venetian double choir, creating a suggestive and estranged soundscape. From a technical perspective, the piece offers a smooth reading and a medium difficulty, encouraging the use of extended techniques that do not require a high degree of virtuosity. The objetive is to allow the performer to focus on the timbral exploration of the piece.
Technical Notes
A spatial arrangement is recommended with Clarinet 1 and Guitar 1 on one side of the stage and Clarinet 2 and Guitar 2 on the opposite side.

These three short suites for guitar trio or ensemble, endowed with educational value and compositional interest, are easy to perform and require a beginner/intermediate level of technical preparation.
The compositions explore themes of discovery, small adventures and travel. They tell of places outside the city, as in «A Promenade», of real or imaginary reduced green spaces, as in In the «Enchanted Garden», and, finally , of a happy conclusion with «A Journey That Ends Well».
A Promenade
The mini-suite presents three movements in classical style taking their cues from different settings. The first two movements, «Through the Forest» and «On the Shore of the Lake», take the listener to places that are natural but still close to man. The last, «At the Country Fair», is inspired by the gathering and social settings far from large population centers.
In the Enchanted Garden
The fairy-tale environment is the setting for the appearance of small animals that give life to dances and marches. The initial «Ladybug Dance» is followed by an evocative «Snails Dance» and finally by a rhythmic «Ants March».
A Journey That Ends Well
A pensive moderate first movement gives way to a lively, sunny second and last movement.

It is a corpus scarcely studied and performed, little known and so far, not available in modern edition.
We analysed the current situation of the repertoire that includes modern studies on the subject and the available sources, starting from the description of the main copyists, to subsequently make an examination of the sources that includes both the authoritative produced in an environment close to the author and those produced in more distant areas.
Given the lack of chronological references of the manuscript sources, a dating proposal is also offered that consider the prints, the chronology relating to the copyists and the codicological aspects of the collections.

It is a poorly studied and executed corpus, not available in a modern edition.
The present article offers a report on the current knowledge the repertoire and an overview of the environments in which the sonatas probably found their dissemination and fruition. Subsequently, a description of the main copyist involved in writing the manuscripts is proposed, paying particular attention to their chronological and geographical context. Finally, the description of the main sources is discussed.
