This study is based on the analysis of the heraldic symbol of Brittany.
It is analyzed the coat of arms of this Galician-Portuguese family, which in Italy was frescoed in castle of Pavone Canavese (Turin), restored by the great architect Alfredo d'Andrade. The research examines armorial bearings carved in Spanish and Portuguese castles and churches.
