The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the village midterm development planning process... more The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the village midterm development planning process / RPJMDes and the village government work plan / RKPDes implemented by Sidomukti Village Government, Muara Kaman District, Kutai Kartanegara District, which was evaluated based on Permendagri No 114/2014 on village development guidelines. The study uses an evaluation method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection through documentation and interview studies, data analysis using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found that in the preparation of the RPJMDes and RKPDes, the village government had not yet fully implemented the stages as stipulated in Permendagri No 114/2014, in the preparation of the RPJMDes there were 3 stages not carried out namely aligning the direction of district policy, assessment of village conditions, and village deliberations, while in the preparation of the RKPDes there were no indicative ceilings, this was due ...

Research Activities Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Analysis on Public Services The Transporta... more Research Activities Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Analysis on Public Services The Transportation Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency was conducted at the periodic vehicle testing service unit at the Motor Vehicle Testing Technical Implementation Unit in Tenggarong, and at the river transportation service unit at Aji Imbut Tenggarong Seberang Seberang Dermaga. The benefits of the research results are as a service performance evaluation material and provide guidance to the Transportation Agency to carry out periodic community satisfaction assessments. This type of quantitative descriptive research, with the method of collecting and analyzing IKM data in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number: KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004. The results of the study were (1) the IKM value of motorized vehicle testing services was 76.68, (2) the IKM value of river transportation services was 73.86, (3) the IKM value of the two service units showed satisfactory service performance with value service quality B, and (4) the quality of performance of each element of service both in the motorized vehicle and river transport testing service units ranges from 2.80 to 3.07 which means satisfying

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara... more Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, subjek penelitian adalah Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa Pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh seluruh Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sudah sesuai dengan uraian tugas masing-masing. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dari seluruh Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara tidak ada terjadi tumpang tindih pekerjaan antara Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV. Semua uraian tugas dari seluruh Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan uraian tugas masing-masing.

Untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV, oleh karena itu berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar kepada Bapak Kepala Dinas untuk segera mengkoordinasikan Sekretaris, seluruh Kepala Bidang, seluruh Kepala Sub Bagian dan seluruh Kepala Seksi untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap uraian tugasnya masing-masing untuk diadakan revisi guna menyederhanakan lagi uraian tugas yang terlalu banyak.

of them through education and training. Training activities is the process of i mproving
employee competencies through the transfer of knowledge, attitudes and skills to be capable to
do the job. This study aims to determine the influence of Education and Training of Employee
Competency.
The research method using associative method with quantitative approach, the
analysis of research data using simple regression formula, and hypothesis testing formula
product moment correlation and t test. The sample in this study was 60 Employees.
From the analysis of correlation Product Moment correlation is 0,556 (medium
category). Because the count r price (0,556)> r table (0254), it was concluded that there is a
positive and significant influence amounted to 0,556 between Competence Education and
Training of Employees. Then the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) = 0.5562 = 0,309x100
= 30.87%, so the contribution of education and training of the Employee Competence amounted
to 30.87%, while 69.13% Employee Competency explained by other variables. Furthermore, the
results of calculations performed by t test obtained t arithmetic (4.398)> t table (1.671). Thus
the hypothesis is accepted because it has been proven true, that t is greater than t table.

Secara umum kendala-kendala/ permasalahan-permasalahan penting yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan uraian tugas Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, yaitu: uraian tugas yang ada terlalu banyak dan diperlukan penyederhanaan agar lebih jelas. Untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pejabat Struktural Eselon IV, oleh karena itu berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar kepada Bapak Kepala Dinas untuk segera mengkoordinasikan Sekretaris, seluruh Kepala Bidang, seluruh Kepala Sub Bagian dan seluruh Kepala Seksi untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap uraian tugasnya masing-masing untuk diadakan revisi guna menyederhanakan lagi uraian tugas yang terlalu banyak.
