
Mohammad Mahoud
Mohammad Mahoud currently serves as a Teaching & Research Assistant for Post-graduate Construction/Project Management Students and is a Visiting Lecturer for Post-graduate Business/Project Management students at the State University. He is a Peer Reviewer for esteemed journals such as JINAM & JMUEN & JURDP & JCIEN Journals - Proceedings of the ICE (UK), the AJCE from SPRINGER, the JCCEE from SciencePG (US), the IJCSCM from Massey University (NZ), and an Editorial Board Member of the PLaS Journal from the Proceedings of ELSEVIER. Beyond academia, he is the Founder CEO of 3M-CEPM R&D Institute and has held various executive and managerial roles in the industry. In his professional career, he has often held executive and managerial positions in R&D Institutes and during these years, he has been involved with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WIFI) as a trainer in entrepreneurship, leadership and business management based on the learning model LENA (Acknowledged by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth, Erasmus+ & UEAPME). Starting as an assistant project manager, his career expanded into marketing, business development, auditing, and implementing training courses for Small and Medium Industries and Industrial Parks Organizations. His achievements extend to roles like Jury Committee Member for the PMO Global Awards by the PMOGA and Assessor for prestigious awards like the IMA’s KM4D & CSR Awards, the IPMA’s PEB Award, the IMI’s INEA Award, the NOED Award, and ISO 9001 Internal Audit. Actively engaged in knowledge-sharing and education, he has conducted professional Webinars, Workshops, and Training courses on "Teamwork and Organizational Excellence" for many organizations.
He has been working closely with the IPMA since 2013 and has been working in MA’s positions such as communication and market research expert, and host of the summits, as well as a member of the executive team (coordinator) at the National Project Management Day and PE Awards. Key highlights of his involvement include being appointed as the Leader/Contact Person of the National Young Crew (YC) in May 2018, being selected as the first Iranian Judge for the YPMY Award in Feb 2019, and as a Judge for the YC GeCCo in Jan 2020, selection as a Judge for the PMY Award in June 2020, nomination as a candidate for the IPMA YC Chairperson Election in September 2020, and being appointed as Judges' Coordinator from YPMY and Local Organizers Management for Asia in January 2021. Since 2021, he has been a member of the advisory board of the IPMA Smarter Cities Special Interest Group.
