Marin Vlada is Ph.D. associate Professor in Computer Science at the University of Bucharest (Romania), Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, concerned with education and research in Computer Science, in particular Artificial Intelligence (logic programming, knowledge based systems, deductive databases, information and knowledge processing), Computer Graphics & Virtual Reality (software algorithms, object modeling, fractals), Web Programming (HTML, JavaScript, XML, SVG) and Educational Technology (New tehnologies for e-Learning, e-Training, e-Skills). He is founder and General Chair of the International Conference on Virtual Learning (ICVL - http://c3.icvl.eu). He is founder and General Chair of the National Conference on Virtual Learning  (CNIV - http://c3.cniv.ro .  He is Editor for Proceedings of the International Conference on Virtual Learning.
