Evans Uhunoma is an HR enthusiast who is passionate about making a mark in the Human Capital Development sphere. Although still a young professional, this drive has led him into academic and corporate training/facilitation with his unconventional approach and passion to develop others - help them understand a concept, an idea, or the subject-matter at hand in the most simplistic way possible, while also offering numerous perspectives to what that concept or subject-matter could also mean. He simply brings multiple solutions to peoples' mind-bugging questions or longing.

Being a multi-talented individual who constantly exudes creativity, he is interested in cross-functional experiences - specifically in areas of Learning and Development, Organisation Development, HR Analytics, Corporate Branding, Business Analysis and of course Management Consulting.

Evans is an ambitious individual who is self-driven, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity. He is also very influential and collaborative, usually the opinion leader among his peers due to his versatile mind.

Lastly, he is very curious and innovative, able to offer insight spontaneously, able to effectively manage several projects at once, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and of course very enthusiastic about traveling and meeting new people. He just loves networking.
