okay, so, i'm going home for thanksgiving break next wednesday.
currently i weigh around 100 lbs &i'm 5'2" (last time i weighed myself i was 98 lbs, but i've eaten so much lately,
that i'll be surprised if i haven't gained anything), but i want to get back to 98, or into the 90's, before break.
unrealistic, i know. can this even be achieved?
i've eaten 500 cals today &do NOT plan on going over.
yesterday was shitty- around 800? fuck.
but after today i'm going to keep it less than 500, or at 500,
&hopefully some of the weight will come off.
but again, is this possible/realistic/etc?
since i've already lost 15 lbs since sept,
i feel like i may have hit a sort of plateau.
i hate that i've had such an off-week, though.
but i'm glad i'm getting back on track.
ugh its so frustrating though :\
