1 hard boiled egg

1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

1: Water water water. Drink up ladies, it's filling, hydrating and satisfying. I find
the more I drink, the more I lose.

2: Diary. Keep a diary of your weight, goals, moods etc. This really helps.

3: Exercise. It's SO important to exercise. Even 10 minutes a day is better than
nothing!

4: Watch others eat. All that slurping and chewing. You may find it grosses you
out.


hey everyone
im new to this place.... i'm 23 years old, and im at med school.

i am the 3rd child my parents didnt want, and my 'family' abandoned me and my 'parents'
(if you would refered to them as parents ... who abused me for years)
blamed me for their divorce at the age of 11 years old, cut me out the family 11 years ago.

i grew up in a all girls catholic boarding school, since the age of 11- for 7 years, took a gap year and applied to med school...

well you can prob guess what a screwed up childhood would have done to me ED wise.

but i live off junk food, ewspecially when i binge...

i dont eat meat, im allergic to alchohol, dairy and wheat (gluten).

i cant have mirrors in my own room as i cant bear the sight of myself..
im distgusted with my weight and size...
aiming to loose 15lbs by new year....
so fighting a loosing battler....... cry*

its uni exam time... and as usual...  ... i am alone.stressed. freaking out, panicing
. and no suprises i am loosing control too...binge eating like crazy....

ive been like this for years... if i am busy ... i can keep it under control..
but i have a hunch that twhen i wake up tommoorrow... im gonna be full blown ana...
and it scares me yet makes me smile at the same time....
its frightening even trying to explain why i feel like that...

how are you all really doing?
- as i really need to know that im not alone, and that its normal to be beating myself up.....

ive managed to pile on 8kg over exam time... feeling super gross...

I'm finishing up my freshman year at college.
I weigh 130-140 lbs (I fluctuate constantly).
I'm 5'6".
What do you think my goal weight should be?
I think 125 sounds good, but I fasted for 5 days once and was only at 127, so 125 seems so unrealistic.
What do you think I should do?

Ps. I stopped working out, simply because I don't lose weight, I gain weight from the muscle a lot easier. It's basically a food thing.

Well hello!

I am a junior in collage now, and my weight has gone up and down.... Right at the moment up! I know what to do to loose the weight but...  I am kind of in the self doubt phase... need some help =)

oh, the Holiday season. so much good food :\
but heres the deal: i've decided to try to simply maintain my weight over christmas break.
this may be a very stupid question, i have no idea, but what do you think is a decent daily calories intake to maintain weight? i'm 5'2" &between 95-98 lbs. currently i've been eating around 450-700 calories a day (ha, nice range..). i would like to lose, obviously, but i feel like its just more realistic to maintain, currently.

i'm kind of freaking out about coming home- soo many parties/out-to-dinner's/etc/etc planned already.
&i know everyone is going to expect me to eat. sakdljasd;

any help/info would be greatly appreciated.

okay, so, i'm going home for thanksgiving break next wednesday.
currently i weigh around 100 lbs &i'm 5'2" (last time i weighed myself i was 98 lbs, but i've eaten so much lately,
that i'll be surprised if i haven't gained anything), but i want to get back to 98, or into the 90's, before break.
unrealistic, i know. can this even be achieved?
i've eaten 500 cals today &do NOT plan on going over.
yesterday was shitty- around 800? fuck.
but after today i'm going to keep it less than 500, or at 500,
&hopefully some of the weight will come off.
but again, is this possible/realistic/etc?
since i've already lost 15 lbs since sept,
i feel like i may have hit a sort of plateau.
i hate that i've had such an off-week, though.
but i'm glad i'm getting back on track.
ugh its so frustrating though :\

any tips, please let me know.

i've been in college for about 2.5 months
&rather than gaining 15 pounds i've lost 15 pounds.
i dont understand it either,
though i can see a ton of it coming back after the past few days.
i've been eating like a fiend. jesus.

Yay, what a great idea for a community!
Heya! Im a 21 year old who lives on college campus at University. How true is it that you put on weight when you move to Uni!? I put on a fat 11kg! Thinking back, I think I just wasnt as active as I was in High School, plus I lived on a college that you got lunch and dinner at (and these meals were absolutly drenched with fat!). So on went the kilo's...damn.
Since the start of this year, I think i clicked that I was so fat and disguisting compared to what I was in high school...so yeh...I've been restricting and exercising (not as much in the past few months though...no excuse) and occasionally purging (which i admit, ive been doing a lot more of lately )& lost 10kg or more. I'm 173cm and now 61kg, I have been much lower, and still am struggling to get lower (yeah, maybe if i started the exercise again...sigh!).
