Security First Zero Tolerance Strict Enforcement

Report violations via abuse to our CustomerPanel.

1. Prohibited Content & Illegal Activities

  • Engaging in phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent schemes.
  • Distributing hacking tools, malware, or ransomware.
  • Hosting content promoting violence, terrorism, or exploitation.
🚫 IMMEDIATE ACTION

Violations result in immediate account suspension & termination without refund.

Resource Enforcement
  • Shared Hosting Limits: CPU, RAM, and bandwidth must be within assigned quotas.
  • Email Restrictions: Maximum 350 emails per hour (anti-SPAM enforcement).
  • Excessive Usage: Clients exceeding limits must upgrade to VPS or Dedicated Servers.
⚠️ Warning

Violations lead to service throttling (508 error), suspension, or upgrade requests.

3. Unauthorized & Restricted Activities

  • Running unauthorized background scripts or IRC bots.
  • Hosting illegal gambling, drug sales, or weapon-related content.
⚠️ CONSEQUENCES

Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Security & Network Integrity

  • Attempting unauthorized access (hacking, brute-force attacks).
  • Conducting DDoS attacks or network probing.
  • Distributing keyloggers, trojans, or malicious scripts.
⚖️ LEGAL ACTION

Violators may face immediate termination & legal consequences.

5. Anti-SPAM & Email Policy

  • Bulk emails (SPAM) are prohibited – comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Email relays must follow fair-use limits.
  • Excessive bounced emails lead to auto-throttling.
Email Enforcement

SPAM violations = permanent mail suspension / port block.

6. Data Backups & Responsibility

  • UnderHost provides limited backups (for shared hosting only).
  • Accounts over 10GB are excluded from free backups (unless a paid backup service is enabled).
  • Clients are responsible for independent backups.
⚠️ IMPORTANT

We are not liable for data loss due to external attacks or failures.

7. Policy Changes & Enforcement

UnderHost reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Clients must review this policy regularly to ensure compliance. Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Service Refusal & Termination

  • UnderHost reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services at any time.
  • Terminate accounts engaging in repeated violations.
  • Suspend users without refund for breaching the AUP.
