My research interests and experience are in quantitative ethnobotany, botany, plant ecology, cultural and biological conservation. My perspective is biocultural –linking ecology, botany and culture- trying to understand the connection between humans and Nature in diverse ecological and cultural settings. My publications include ethnobotanical as well as ethnoecological topics.
