ABSTRAK Komoditi Pertanian, Perkebunan dan Kehutanan merupakan sektor utama dalam penunjang kebutuhan pangan rumah tangga dan pendapatan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian. Kecamatan Tanjung Raya terletak di kawasan Maninjau, Propinsi Sumatera Barat dimana kondisi geografisnya berupa perbukitan yang mengelilingi danau Maninjau. Kontur geografise membuat sektor pertanian, perkebunan dan kehutanan menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan rumah tangga dan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat. Untuk menjaga stabilitas harga dan produksi komoditi pertanian, perkebunan dan kehutanan maka dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Komoditi yang dapat menyajikan informasi keberadaan lokasi, koordinat posisi, luasan daerah produksi, menyajikan informasi mengenai harga, fluktuasi perubahan harga, dan dan menampilkan informasi produksi total komoditi pertanian, perkebunan dan kehutanan daerah Maninjau, beserta distribusi penyebaran produksi secara tepat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Berbasis Web untuk Komoditi Pertanian, Perkebunan Dan Kehutanan Daerah Tanjung Raya Maninjau. Aplikasi SIG ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang terdiri dari tahap Requirements planning phase, User design phase, Construction phase dan Cutover phase. Implementasi basis data menggunakan PostgreSQL dan ekstensi PostGIS. Implementasi bahasa pemograman menggunakan PHP, Javascript, dan HTML. Implementasi antarmuka dibangun menggunakan Bootstrap. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa SIG yang dibangun telah memenuhi kebutuhan sistem dan permasalahan. ABSTRACT Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry Commodities are the main sectors supporting household daily needs and people's income for improving the economy. District of Tanjung Raya is located in Maninjau area, West Sumatera Province, where geographical condition consist of the terrain of hilly steeps surrounding the lake of Maninjau. The geographical contours make the sector of agriculture, plantation and forestry the people's primary choice to meet the needs of household as well as increase the standard of economy of the people. In order to maintain the stability of price and production of agricultural commodities, Commodity Information System is required to provide information of the location, coordinate of positions, area of production, as well as presenting information of prices, price fluctuations and changes, along with a display of information over the accumulation of agricultural commodity production of the Maninjau area, with additional features of appropriate distribution and production thereof. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the Web-Based Geographic Information System (GIS) for Agricultural Commodity, Plantation and Forestry of Tanjung Raya Maninjau Area. GIS application is built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the phase of Requirements planning, User design phase, Construction phase and Cutover phase. Database for the implementation uses PostgreSQL and PostGIS extensions. Programming language uses PHP, Javascript, and HTML. The interface implementation is built using Bootstrap. The testing of the application uses the Blackbox Testing method. The results of the test shows that the Web-Based GIS Application has met the needs of the requirement system and the problems.

The paper presents grid-tied PV monitoring system using wireless sensor networks. The temperature and humidity parameters were measured using DHT22. While ACS 712 5A current sensor and Arduino voltage sensor modules were used to measure photovoltaic output current and voltage respectively. Web application has been developed in the base station using PHP programming web server to access the sensor nodes through Zigbee wireless data communication. The user can access the HTML web interface of Photovoltaic monitoring system through local Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection. The residential 1.25 kWp grid connected photovoltaic system used to test the developed monitoring system. The data received exactly same as data sensed from remote area with average delay time 3 to 4 seconds. The result shows the photovoltaic power generation caracteristics under clear sky, cloud cover, and rainy weather conditions. The power 608.12 Wp has been generated by the solar panel from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm or 6.7 kWh per day during clear sky. During intermittent cloud covered the photovoltaic power graph have shown fluctuation power profile and energy conversion were decreased as well as in raining weather condition. The electrical power has been generated by photovoltaic for almost 12 hours per day in tropics area, but energy conversion is highly influenced by weather conditions, especially cloud cover, overcast and rainy.

The smart city generated rapidly huge of data. Data can analyze with big data analytics technology to give solution from past data in smart city problem and help better solution in decision making. This paper summarizes the existing condition of big data analytics in the smart city in term of the algorithm, data type and tools were built using systematic literature review (SLR) as the standard methodology used to solve any problem by tracing the result from the previous research. The problem in SLR called as research question (RQ). To achieve that goal, we define some RQs related to that scope and clarify each question by tracing previous research. The research paper from reputable journal databases such as EEEE Xplore, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Springerlink. After synthesizing 15 articles, the results are: algorithm data mining like ANN, Markov, graph mining, etc. needs to improve. That algorithm not enough to handle high data volume, high variety and high velocity to store and processes data; main data type have big chance to give the solution in the smart city is social media. That data has the potential to help in decision making in the smart city problem; Hadoop is the top tool to store and analyze data with highperformance, stable, reliable computing for the different type of data. Combination Hadoop with spark give less overhead to handle the high velocity and volume of data.

Prediksi produksi padi menjadi penting dilakukan untuk menunjang pembangunan nasional sektor pertanian pada suatu negara atau wilayah. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) termasuk metode yang terbaik dalam melakukan prediksi. Masalah utamanya adalah bagaimana menentukan jumlah neuron dan hidden layer yang optimal sehingga akurasi prediksinya tinggi. This paper presents an evaluation of the tsunami evacuation of elementary school children in Padang. The objective of the study is to evaluate the evacuation planning using an observation data from an evacuation Experiment initiated by the Padang Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD Padang). In this study, the chosen evacuation destination was evaluated based on the available evacuation time, the evacuation methods, walking speed of the students in a group and the provided tools in the classroom for evacuation as in the guidelines of tsunami evacuation for schools in Hawaii.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi Sumatera Barat. Sebagai salah satu sekolah terbaik yang ada di Sumatera Barat, sekolah ini dilengkapi dengan banyak fasilitas penunjang kegiatan-kegiatan akademis maupun kegiatan non akademis. Sekolah ini juga sangat terbuka dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi dan mendukung perkembangan dunia pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi, terlihat dari adanya program sekolah yang mengadakan pelatihan IT untuk para guru dan civitas akademik yang dilakukan secara rutin beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pihak sekolah dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi membuat program pelatihan yang dilaksanakan tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu kami dari Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Andalas melakukan pendekatan dan memberikan informasi-informasi penting tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi ini pada pihak sekolah, sehingga dapat tercetus pelatihan penggunaan Schoology ini, yang mana nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Schoology merupakan sebuah Media Learning Management System yang didesain sebagai media digitan untuk meningkatkan interaksi kelas antara guru dan murid. Schoology juga memiliki Aplikasi yang dapat digunakan pada android, sehingga proses pembelajaran jadi lebih menarik dan dapat di akses di mana saja dan kapan saja. As an agricultural country, Indonesia is one of the major producers of rice. Up to this days, the regional government of Indonesia conducted calculations of rice production using trend prediction methods that produce predictions with low accuracy. Therefore, an effective solution was proposed to calculate the amount of rice production needed in the planning process and government activities. This research was conducted to create a system that can predict rice production using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) on Data Mining. The stages of the research carried out were data collection, pre-processing, prediction by methods, and testing according to the design of prediction models, namely epoch parameters, momentum, learning levels, and hidden layers to produce high accuracy.

This paper aims to identify factors influencing the walking speed of evacuees by conducting an evacuation drill in Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. A number of 18 volunteers and 6 observers, were gathered in an evacuation experiment on 3 routes with 5 segments each. The chosen routes are almost equal in terms of distance, but different in terms of the number of turning points. The experiment comprises of three cases in terms of the complexity of the route. These cases represent a simple, a medium and a complex route based on the number of turning points. The volunteers were asked to move, as if in an evacuation, to a particular place which was assumed to be a shelter. The observers were placed at some particular waypoints to record the time when an evacuee passes their location. The distance between the observers was measured using a manual distance meter. This study found that the average walking speed during the evacuation was 1.69 m/s. In addition, walking speed varied by age, gender, and walking distance. This finding significantly has an effect on the estimations of the coverage area of tsunami shelters. The data collection method is one of the novelties of this research. In this study, the walking speed was observed through an evacuation drill from a location to a shelter of 1.5 km away, whilst most of the previous studies estimate the walking speed based on an observation of a group of pedestrians crossing a road.

Business Process Management (BPM) is an approach that aims to improve organizational performance and flexibility through managing business processes. Digital Innovation (DI) and Digital Transformation (DT) are phenomena that relate to the use of digital technology to create new value for organizations and customers. This article explores the role of BPM in supporting DI and DT in organizations and how to implement BPM in an organization with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The search results, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and relevance assessment yielded 34 relevant articles. We found that BPM, DI, and DT interact with each other in various ways and have some theoretical and practical implications for researchers and practitioners.

Web-based management information system of transaction data with mobile features was needed by employees of PT. Yasiga Sarana Utama, especially mine division. The problems that frequently occur are some documents are created with the manual method, data storage is conducted using Microsoft Excel and duplication. Damage and loss of data have been solved with Web-based management information system of transaction data. In addition, the field employees who have activities outside of the Office get ease in storing and archiving the data using a mobile application integrated with transaction data management information systems.
