Firms are forced to develop innovative products to meet customers' expectations and address their ever-changing needs in response to heightened competition in today's dynamic environment. This conceptual paper evaluates IPR's significance in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. Study findings revealed the importance and the need for IPR's protection and enhancement of innovative entrepreneurial endeavours in an era of advanced technology. These rights play a crucial role in preserving the works of individuals, offering several competitive advantages for the firms that own them. The study highlights IPR's significance in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and thus recommends protecting and promoting intellectual property rights for firms as a vital tool for encouraging Innovation and entrepreneurship.

effects are the main driving force behind the push for innovative and sustainable
transportation solutions. The connection between sustainable transportation, innovative
startups, and mobility-focused business models remain unclear. This study seeks to uncover
the crucial elements that drive the success of startups and business models in sustainable
transport innovation while examining their challenges. The study analyses relevant literature
and case studies of prosperous startups. Findings highlight the significant correlation
between sustainable transportation and innovation focused on mobility. Startups and business
models focusing on these domains positively affect the environment and society. Also, the
findings outlined several challenges that must be overcome, including regulatory limitations,
limited financial resources, and competition from established entities, and thus, offer
recommendations for stakeholders to encourage sustainable transportation and mobility
innovation advancement.

Social entrepreneurship has been significantly impacted, with combining business and the creation of social value is evident. This study explores the influence of social media on social entrepreneurship. Using secondary data and results from empirical findings, the study shows that social media is a powerful tool for generating new business ideas, reaching wider audiences more cost-effectively than traditional marketing channels, and building strategic partnerships and networks. However, an over-reliance on social media can lead to overestimating one's capabilities or misinterpreting customer feedback. Being informed and adaptable is crucial in keeping pace with the ever-changing nature of social media evolution. The study offers valuable implications for entrepreneurs, both new and experienced, recommending leveraging social media strategically to maximize its benefits while minimizing risks which involves developing robust skills in managing online presence, staying informed about industry trends, and tailoring communication strategies to match the preferences and behaviours of the target audience, and the need for Government and policymakers to create an environment that supports innovation, digital literacy, and fair competition.

Th... more Social entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for sustainable growth and solving societal issues. This study examined the profound influence of social entrepreneurship on the advancement of Sustainable development. The paper reviewed social entrepreneurs' significant impact on sustainable development. Searches included Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar. A Scopus Indexed Journal search found 10,147 peer-reviewed studies. Analysis was divided into two sections focused on the systematic review papers and key findings. The study used 2013-2022 Scopus Indexed Journal bibliometric and statistical data. Results show that social entrepreneurs promote sustainable development by solving social issues, creating novel service delivery models, and boosting the economy. It recommends that practitioners, policymakers, and scholars encourage social entrepreneurship practice and sustainable development.

The study showed a positive link between entrepreneurship and economic growth, highlighting the crucial role of favourable government policy in catalysing entrepreneurship development. Despite entrepreneurship recognition, its growth is constrained by several factors, such as laws, regulations, and rules. The paper prioritised entrepreneurship as vital for any national economy to thrive, establishing a basis for more studies on entrepreneurial practices and policies, to aid scholars, academics, and practitioners in comprehending the link between entrepreneurship, government policy, and economic growth. Data was obtained from empirical studies, conceptual clarifications, and content analysis of secondary data. Hence, the impact of government policy on entrepreneurship and economic growth is a critical field of study, with implications for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and the global nation's economic growth.

The sector has underutilised potential to alleviate emerging economies' socioeconomic challenges effectively. This conceptual study explored integrating blockchain technology with SMEs as a panacea for Africa's economic development. Based on recent empirical findings and studies on SMEs worldwide, particularly on SMEs in Africa. Findings show that SMEs continue to contribute the most to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and account for almost 80% of African jobs, highlighting their significant role as a catalyst for socioeconomic advancement. The study recommends that Governments pay more attention to SMEs by implementing suitable, tailored policies that facilitate and empower them to harness their capabilities and advance economic development.

However, access to finance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has always been difficult to owners and also, a serious apprehension especially among researchers. Meanwhile, it is on the note that very many small business sector offer support to Nigerian economy by providing employment opportunity to most citizens who in turn improves standard of living. But, in spite of this importance, most of these small businesses collapse within the first five years of operation yet the agencies established by Nigerian Government to offer support to this sector are confronted with difficulties in accessing the finance from financial institutes. Keeping in view the importance of SMEs, this paper grilling the flora and configuration of the financial capital for viable small business is to widen the understanding on the existing financing opportunities available to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
