Through funding from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems partnered with the Northeastern Maine Regional Resource Center to create the Continuum of Care Operational Preparedness and Emergency Response (CCOPER) Planning Initiative.
