To notify ullu.guru of a copyright infringement, send a written notification that includes substantially the information required under Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To create a proper DMCA notice, please include the following information:

1. Identify yourself as the owner of a copyrighted work or exclusive rights that you believe have been infringed, or as a person authorized to act on their behalf, and provide a physical signature (for paper submissions) or an electronic signature (for electronic submissions).

2. Clearly specify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of the works.

3. Identify the location of the infringing material by providing the exact web URLs on the ullu.guru site where these materials appear. Do not send attachments such as images or PDF files; include all URLs directly in the body of the notice to help us process your request quickly.

4. Provide your contact information, including your full name, street address, phone number, and email address. If you are acting on behalf of the copyright owner, describe your relationship to the copyright holder (e.g., attorney, agent, or vendor).

5. Include a statement asserting your good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.

6. Include the following statement under penalty of perjury:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

7. Please write your notice in English. Notices in other languages will not be processed.

8. Send your DMCA notice to the Designated Agent of ullu.guru using the DMCA Takedown Form or via email: [email protected]

9. Once a copyright infringement report is received, the infringing content will be removed within 1 to 48 hours. If there is any delay, please contact us immediately via email.

Failure to provide all the information above may delay the processing of your DMCA notification.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, ullu.guru will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Please be aware that we may not send a confirmation email regarding the takedown actions.
