I'm really exhausted. I got a new set of asthma management drugs yesterday at the pulmonologist's, and they're kicking the crap out of me. Bleh. I didn't sleep well. I am taking the day off to take care of myself though. I've learned not to push my lungs too hard. I need those. Once I adjust to the new meds I should be fine.
