Why is the word grieve the base of the word grievance?
MCB™ revealed, in writing, that the real reason they moved me from my office to a cubicle was because they don't like the way I work. Every competent person I speak to says that my methods are correct and in keeping with policy - the admin simply doesn't like them. Specifically, I refer students to websites. Yes,websites. Yes, MCB™ put that in writing.
Here's the thing - they moved me into the other office, knowing the new space would cause me physical pain and harm. They did this as a disciplinary action. That, my friends, is corporal punishment.
So I'm filing a real-live grievance. I'm at home now, with our newly-restored internet access. I'll be here for today, nursing the migraine I got this morning. I'll also make calls and whatnot to various offices, setting appointments.
