I'm back at home, and quite tired. The verdict: I've had seizures, but I don't have epilepsy.

As I get more energy I'll talk more. For right now, thank you all so, so much. Special thanks to my family for acting like a family, interactiveleaf for taking care of 11yo while I was in, 11yo's mentor for helping with 11yo and giving me a ride to the hospital at the last minute, onyxlynxx, & erinlefey.

The video EEG is designed to wear you down. I couldn't leave the room, so I could never investigate the thumps and groans from the other side of my walls. I knew that they were reading my brainwaves in real-time, because they'd come ask me about this or that. The video was not just for review later - someone was watching me at all times. And I couldn't turn off that goddamn TV.

I'm utterly exhausted at home. I wanted to sleep, but 11yo needed my attention. So did a few others. I was happy to give them whatever energy I had. Wasn't much I'm afraid.

Today, I'm resting. Maybe I'll take 11yo out to the movies tonight.
