In 2021, Romania became the headquarters of the European Center of Industrial, Technological and Research Competence (ECCC) in the field of cybersecurity. Its mission is securing digital infrastructures, conducting research in the field of cybersecurity and making technological developments. Because Romania is such an influential leader in European cybercrime, the purpose of this investigation report is to explore the level of implementation of international law into Romanian law, as well as to discover possible shortcomings. The report will specifically explore the implementation of the Convention on Cybercrime and related European directives into the national framework.

The social and business environments have changed greatly in the last two years, in the condition... more The social and business environments have changed greatly in the last two years, in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the condition of increased adoption of the digital based activities in the everyday lives of the company. New tools and activities, like “remote working”, “online interaction”, “video conferences” are just some of the new tools that have changed the Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and buying behaviour landscape and made it jump from the traditional to the current and possibly the future approach. The current paper tracks some of the changes that have occurred in the Business-to-Business marketing environment, while underlining the effects he shift to digital has had on the business consumers and on their buying behaviour, being sustained by several secondary data analyses resulted from current reports, which are the basis for developing successful B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

This set of tools used in cyber diplomacy includes the concepts of cooperation and diplomatic dialogue (common cyber network of EU states, common cyber defense unit) but also measures to prevent cyber-attacks (European Union Cyber Security Strategy), as well as sanctions. Throughout this presentation, the main idea is supported by the cross-border nature of cyberspace.
