Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of preserving the environment more selectively in the selection of products used. This resesrch was conducted to determine the effect of Green Perceived Value and Green Brand Image on Green Purchase Intentionwith Green Trust as an Intervening variable in the case study on fashion product Sejauh Mata Memandang. The number of samples study werw 170 respondent from consumers Sejauh Mata Memandang and also green consumerism. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. In this study, it shows that the Green Perceived Value and Green Brand Image variables have a significant effect on Green Trust and also Green Purchase Intention. Green Trust does not have a greater influence on each independent variable and also the dependent variable.

Maybank Indonesia Finance, with the research subject namely Credit Marketing Officer. Total population as many as 233 people, with a sample taken 70 respondents. This study used descriptive and verification methods and data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies, as well as for data analysis techniques in this study using SmartPLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) software, with the aim of testing and analyzing data. . The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a significant influence on work motivation on performance. That there is no significant effect on job satisfaction on performance. That there is no significant effect on organizational commitment to performance. That there is no significant effect on work motivation on Job Insecurity. That there is a significant influence on job satisfaction on Job Insecurity. That there is a significant influence on organizational commitment to Job Insecurity. That there is no significant effect on Job Insecurity on performance. That Job Insecurity does not mediate work motivation on performance. This research was conducted by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.3. The results showed, the value of p values sequentially on the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, service quality on brand image, service quality on purchasing decisions, product quality on brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions, product quality on purchasing decisions mediated by image. Brands, Service Quality on Purchase Decisions Mediated by Brand Image are 0.311, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.133, 0.343, 0.000. In conclusion, service quality, product quality have a significant effect on brand image, and service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. Di tengah ketatnya persaingan rumah sakit, peningkatan loyalitas pasien melalui kualitas layanan ... more Di tengah ketatnya persaingan rumah sakit, peningkatan loyalitas pasien melalui kualitas layanan yang baik dan dapat diukur menjadi solusi dan memegang peranan penting. Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit tidak dapat disamakan dengan pelayanan industri, karena dapat mempengaruhi dan memperburuk kondisi pasien sehingga menyebabkan kematian. Oleh sebab itu, penentu loyalitas pasien menjadi hal yang penting dan bervariasi berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan mulai dari kualitas layanan, citra rumah sakit, dan kepuasaan pasien. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap RS Ukrida berjumlah 92 orang. Hasil penelitian pengaruh langsung didapatkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra rumah sakit dan kepuasaan pasien, dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien; citra rumah sakit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien; kepuasaan pasien berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung didapatkan citra rumah sakit tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dan kepuasaan pasien signifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien. RS Ukrida yang baru saja berdiri di akhir tahun 2020 harus mampu memberikan pengalaman berobat yang baik dan menyenangkan terutama untuk pasienpasien yang baru pertama kali berkunjung.

ABSTRAK Covid-19 yang melanda dunia berdampak global pada seluruh tatanan sendi kehidupan, utaman... more ABSTRAK Covid-19 yang melanda dunia berdampak global pada seluruh tatanan sendi kehidupan, utamanya pada sektor ekonomi, terkhusus pada penurunan kegiatan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi yang berakhir dengan menurunnya tingkat kemakmuran atau kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak kepada menurunnya pertumbuhan ekonomi hampir di seluruh dunia termasuk negara ASEAN-5. Paper ini hendak melakukan komparasi atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh negara ASEAN-5 dengan mengambil referensi model teori pertumbuhan ekonomi baru (new growth economy) yang dikembangkan oleh Sollow dan Roomer. Paper ini adalah tinjauan deskriptif eksplanatif komparatif yang bertujuan melakukan komparasi dan penjelasan atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Asean-5. Hasil komparasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam pendapatan per kapita, Indonesia tertinggal dari Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Ketertinggalan Indonesia ini terletak pada masih rendahnya faktor modal manusia serta penelitian dan pengembangan (litbang) dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN-5.

This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are credit marketing officers, employees of Maybank Finance for the marketing department. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results showed that competence, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior each had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The influence of these three variables is 71% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined by 29%. The research subjects were 64 teachers who teach at the Gamaliel Christian School in Palu with an age range of 20-55 years. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed using google form. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS software version 3.3.2. The analysis results obtained that organizational justice has a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB and organizational justice has a positive effect on OCB. While job satisfaction does not have a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice does not have a positive effect on OCB mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment has no positive effect on OCB mediated by job satisfaction. job satisfaction and OCB to teachers, the coefficient of determination of job satisfaction is only 17.9% which can be explained in this study, as well as the coefficient of determination of OCB is only 31.2% which can be explained in research i This means that there are about 82.1% of job satisfaction variables and 68.8% of OCB variables which can be explained from other variables outside the study such as motivation, transformational leadership. This study found that job satisfaction does not positively mediate organizational justice and organizational commitment to teachers, and this becomes input for the management of school organizational management.
