General
There is an error/misprint in my book. What can I do?
We do work hard to maintain a high level of quality in our publications, but mistakes do happen. If you can send us details of any errata you find, we will endeavour to remedy this ASAP.
If there is a misprint in one of our books, please contact us and we will send a replacement and return label.
Can I get a digital version of your publications?
At present we don’t offer an ebook/pdf version of our titles, but we are working on this.
Keep an eye on our website and socials for updates.
Do you offer foreign language versions of your publications?
At present this is not something we can provide.
Orders and delivery
How long do books ordered from the UKMT shop take to deliver?
Mainland UK deliveries usually take 1-2 business days, but occasionally up to 5 business days. If you haven’t received your order within a week, we recommend emailing [email protected]. Please also bear in mind that the UKMT office is closed between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
How much does delivery cost?
Mainland UK orders up to 2kg (generally two or three books) are delivered via tracked shipping and cost £5.95. Orders over 2kg cost £7.95.
Unfortunately at the moment we cannot standardise shipping costs outside of the UK, so delivery to other countries (especially when over 2kg) can cost more.
My tracking number is not showing details for my delivery, what can I do next?
All of our mainland UK deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail – when a delivery confirms on our system, it can take up to 24hrs to register with RM tracking.
My book arrived damaged. What can I do?
If you send us an email with details of your order, we will send out a replacement with a return label. You can then send the book back to us at no cost.
I am having difficulty getting a book delivered to my address. What can I do?
Although we do try to deliver to as many locales as possible, there are always limitations due to geography or shipping restrictions. If you receive an error when ordering internationally, this is likely due to weight restrictions. Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll try our best to help!
I need a VAT receipt for our records
All our products are exempt from VAT, so we are unable to provide a VAT receipt. You should receive a receipt or invoice for your records at point of purchase.
