We were extremely impressed by Mario from ShopBox who came to our restaurant. He was not only kind, polite, and sympathetic, but he also provided clear and comprehensive explanations. Every question we had—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—was answered thoroughly. Most importantly, his strong work ethic shone through: before leaving on a trip, he reached out to check if our menu was ready so that he could upload it and keep us informed. Additionally, he arranged for someone to assist us in his absence. Overall, his effectiveness, expertise, and reliability, coupled with his open and friendly demeanor, left a deep impact on us.
