Excellent customer service from Magic Bookings. My issue was resolved quickly, and the information given was clear and easy to follow.

Magic booking has helped my buisness to run efficiently, allowing parents easy access to book sessions, cancel and pay.
All required child/ parent information is kept up to date to meet ofsted requirments. So much easier than paper copies.

We've been using Magicbooking for many years and it's always been our first choice for holiday club booking system. Both staff, families and management find it easy to use.

We have been using Magic Booking for two years now and whilst some areas could be improved, I rate it as 5-star as it is robust, reliable and has the functionality we need. The customer service portal is fast and very good, which is really important to us.

We use it all year round for educational groups, holiday clubs and weekend activities and have found the system to work well and meet our needs.

The bit that needs improving is the booking process - It could be a lot cleaner and clearer for parents and would ideally show if there is space, before they click on the date. Investment into making the booking process smoother would be incredible, especially for parents using mobiles. Doing away with having to look for the "ad-hoc" booking check box or selecting a day of the week would be good.

We are fairly new to Magicbooking for our Breakfast and after school club at Claygate Primary. The set up process was fairly straight forward. The support when we have had questions is prompt and helpful.
We are still getting used to the system but it seems, in the main, to be working well!

Magic Booking has been the best investment our extended school club could have made, it truly is magic!!  We have saved hours per week in Admin time leaving us free to focus on the most important part of our service...the children. Feedback from the parent users is extremely positive. There is always a friendly person on hand in the odd case of any queries, tweaks to the system have also been acted upon to satisfy some reporting needs.I wholeheartedly recommend the system to anyone operating a busy club.

Breakfast and After School Care Provision

Great at keeping debt a minimum, which use to be an issue before we used Magic booking. Would give it 5 star if there was a reminder for parents to pay outstanding amount whenever they logged in. Only system i know that seems specifically made for Breakfast Club and ASC facilities.

Really easy to use and makes admin work neat and tidy

MagicBooking has transformed the way after school clubs are managed at our school. The system is user-friendly for parents making it easy for them to book sessions and for staff to keep track of attendance, payments, and pupil details, all in one place. Whilst initially it takes some time to navigate the system from a school point of view, once you've got the hang of it, it's quick and easy to get things sorted.

Admin tasks that used to take hours are now completed in minutes. The automated features, such as reminders and registers, have streamlined our processes and reduced paperwork significantly.

Parents have fed back they like that the system is accessible on mobile devices and allows them to manage bookings and payments easily. And it means no more chasing forms or cash for us!

The MagicBooking team has been fantastic. Their support is responsive and helpful, and they genuinely listen to feedback to improve the system. The initial training was also really informative and thorough.

Overall, MagicBooking has made a real difference to our after school provision. It’s helped us offer a more professional, organised, and parent-friendly service.

We've used Magic Booking as our booking system for 4 years now and much prefer it to the other options out there because the customer service is fast and helpful. The platform is constantly improving in response to any feedback, and our parents find it easy to use

It’s been a no nonsense way of booking my sons after school when I’m out and about without having to call up the school, and if I need to make any changes it’s pretty easy. We had a different system before that was a bit annoying! Looking forward to the app though

I really wish I didn't have to use this portal but sadly I do as it's the only way of booking after school clubs for my kids. When the school releases the clubs and the demand is high, the system often crashes or times out causing you to miss out on booking the clubs you really need. The sites user ability and functionality such as separating waitlists from your bookings is not fit for purpose.

Hopeless.
Their site totally failed last week, so bookings were postponed whilst they supposedly sorted out their issues. Then yesterday there were all sorts of problems again.
Eventually managed to get some clubs booked after over an hour of crashes and error messages.

Every time I try to book after school clubs via MagicBooking something goes wrong.
The most recent debacle is the worst yet. As soon as booking opened, there was an error code and mightily annoying exclamation mark in a red pulsating circle that really did not help my increasing BP and heart rate.
The bookings were pulled and scheduled for another day… and guess what? Same thing happened.
You had one job Magicbooking… the core, fundamental functionality of your system and you failed to deliver… twice!
