Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with My Car. I brought my car in because the driver’s door was not opening properly. Without my authorization and without even calling to inform me, they completely dismantled the door and the door actuator. As a result, the car was left in a much worse condition than when I brought it in — the driver’s door could no longer close at all, making the car unsafe to drive. At that point, I had no real choice but to continue with them, because they had already made the car undrivable. The manager’s response was that if I wanted to move the car, I should call a tow truck. This is unacceptable, considering they created the problem in the first place without my consent. On top of this, they charged me $82 just for dismantling the door and causing the damage, without any prior approval. They also quoted me over $1,000 to replace the door actuator on a 2006 Kia — which is completely unreasonable and close to the value of the car itself. To make things even worse, they left all the windows down and didn’t even bother to close them. I had to bring tape from home to literally tape the door shut just to be able to drive the car back. The staff and manager were rude, dismissive, and kept insisting that what they did was “normal”, instead of taking responsibility. No communication, no consent, no professionalism, and extremely expensive. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place at all. Avoid if you care about your car and your money.

We have been coming to this H & R Block for years and Gail has been doing our taxes. Last year, we needed copies of our taxes so we went into our files. To our surprise, we didn't have a copy of our taxes, we had someone else's!!! We were shocked. ALL of someone's personal tax information in our hands. And then we realized someone could also have ours. So we immediately called very concerned. I spoke with a Supervisor, Julie, who was apologetic but assured me nobody else had my taxes, and at the same time, she was more concerned about me returning the other taxes, which I did. How she could be so sure my taxes didn't end up in the wrong hands was beyond me. Obviously Gail took the wrong taxes off the printer, leaving our taxes behind and it just wasn't discovered from "someone's" files yet. We weren't given an acceptable answer to leave us comfortable in this situation. We researched that there really isn't any liability, which is insane. All she offered was a discount off our next filing. Obviously they lost a loyal client. Just beware and make sure you receive YOUR taxes.

I was trying to have a photobook for the family photos to be ready before the Chinese New Year, and my husband was so busy during the festive period. I have no choice but to rush it out myself. While using the Apps to create the wonderful memories through a series of photos, I found the Apps was so user friendly, its interface was clutter free with ease of navigation and editing. I completed it within a few days time, submitted the order and received the photobook before the Chinese New Year. My guests and friends who visited me on the first and second days of the New Year were impressed with the photobook, it's layout and colour quality. While the firm possesses potential, their premature launch appears to have resulted in significant setbacks. Although understandable, their current lack of progress is concerning, particularly as they are rapidly losing momentum. Given that accounts are presently complimentary, I intend to retain mine. However, for new users, I recommend utilizing the free account without further engagement until comprehensive rectifications are implemented, as current operations are likely to lead to complications. We anticipate improvements, but their current performance is suboptimal.

Don't buy any services or domains from them. This company is like a mafia. Even if you cancel their services, they send you invoices after a year or two. They immediately report you to the bailiff. Support helps you terminate the contract, which, as it turns out, isn't fully terminated. They did this to both of my companies with multiple domains. I warn you – don't buy anything from them, or you won't be able to get rid of them. Scammers!

I get the reasons why Revolut insists on me having to put a pin lock on my phone, but I don't want one. I use my phone all the time and I don't want to have to unlock my phone every 5 minutes at work because of an App I seldom use. As for the services of Revolut, I can not say because it won't let me use them unless I lock up my phone. I'll be looking for a better alternative.

I didn't like the fact that one of the artist pulled out which left the audience without entertainment for an hour. I feel that we should be reimbursed for that void. SWV attempted to cure the issues with an outstanding performance which they deserve kudos but I may not order from this site moving forward due to the event organizer(s) failure to provide what we paid for.
