Associate professor of Social Psychology at Universitat Jaume I (UJI) of Castellón (Spain). Psy.D. Master in Work Risk Prevention and Master in Gender Studies.
Coordinator of GeST (Gender, Health and Work) research group, psychosocial health at work from a gender perspective.
Main lines of research: positive emotions in work and non-work contexts (i.e., psychological well-being, engagement, flow) incorporating a gender perspective.
She has participated in 21 research projects (in 2 of them as Main Researcher) and business consulting activities on prevention of psychosocial risks considering the gender perspective. Author of more than 50 articles published in prestigious and science journals, 3 books and 19 book chapters, editor of 4 books, 60 presentations at international congresses and 50 in national congresses, and 2 patents of psychosocial risk assessment tools.
Teaching career: she has taught at first and second cycle (graduate and degree in Psychology and Working Relations degrees...) at UJI, at PhD studies in Psychology and Masters (UJI and the University of the Basque Country), postgraduate training Universitat per a Majors. She has supervised 10 research/theses, which give access to the doctorate, and 3 PhD Theses.
Member of associations like EAWOP, SOHP, IAAP, Institut Universitari d'Estudis feministes i Gènere at UJI, and member of the board of GENET (Gender Studies Network).
Academic Secretary of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the UJI, since its creation in 2011, coordinator of international practices center and member of the Committee on Equality of this university.
