Pekan Kondom Nasional pada beberapa waktu yang lalu, nampaknya menjadi kampanye maksiat secara terang-terangan yang jelas-jelas bertentangan dengan norma dan adat ketimuran bangsa Indonesia. Adalah suatu tindakan bodoh yang dilakukan dengan membagikan kondom ke masyarakat di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, apalagi disertai bus yang menjadi sarana sosialisasi kondom bergambar artis Jupe yang berpose seronok. Alih-alih membuat masyarakat mengerti dan paham dalam memahami bahaya HIV/AIDS serta menghindari free sex malah membuat mereka menjadi penasaran dan ikut-ikutan 'mencoba' melakukan sex bebas dengan menggunakan kondom yang dibagikan gratis dalam acara tersebut. Pihak Kementerian Kesehatan menyatakan bahwa pemberitaan terkait pembagian kondom di khalayak umum adalah tidak benar karena pembagian kondom hanya dilakukan di tempat-tempat yang rawan atau tingkat potensi berkembangnya HIV/AIDS tinggi seperti di terminal, pelabuhan, tempat pelacuran dan lain sebagainya. Data terakhir yang dilansir oleh www.spiritia.or.id menunjukkan bahwa pada triwulan I tahun 2013 dilaporkan kasus HIV baru yang terdeteksi pada periode Januari-Maret 2013 mencapai 5.369. Kasus baru terdeteksi pada kelompok umur 25-49 tahun (74,2%), 20-24 tahun (14,0%), dan ≥50 tahun (4,8%).

In 2019, PT. XXX have over budget in their infrastructure project for over 40 billion Indonesian Rupiah. This makes it necessary to evaluate the existing budgeting process in the company in infrastructure development. This research aims to evaluate the project cost budget plan and control over the project budget plan that should be implemented by PT. XXX. The method used in this research is mixed method with a case study approach to the single case unit analysis. Data was collected using documentation, content analysis and interviews. The results of the evaluation of the budget plan that should be owned by PT. XXX indicates that there is a need for improvement in the project budget planning process and also in the procurement method. In addition, the evaluation results regarding the control of the budget plan owned by PT. XXX shows that the control over the project budget plan owned by PT. XXX is still ineffective. In the process of preparing the budget plan for the next project, PT. XXX must ensure that the additional costs incurred in the project are included in the budgeting and in the process of controlling the budget plan for the next project. PT. XXX should also create a reporting tool which includes all the information needed by project manager in decision making.

Zakat, as moslem obligation once a person achieve nisab, has a promising potential to be one of the instrument in dealing poverty with its distribution method to empower productive economy. Number of moslem citizen in semarang has been increasing each year. Institution specialized in managing zakat is founded with the purpose to administere zakat fund, infak, sedekah so it will ensure the effectivity of zakat fund channeling. The aim of this study is to discover the source, the usage as well as the distributing mechanism of productive zakat managed by Badan Amil Zakat Kota Semarang. It is also being the goal of this study to analyze zakat productive fund's impact upon business revenue, business profit and household expenditure of the zakat recipient's household.
