The current research aimed to identify the relationship of internalized (anger and hostility) and... more The current research aimed to identify the relationship of internalized (anger and hostility) and externalized (physical and verbal) aggression of students' academic success. The specimen of the study was comprised of 200 undergraduate students (including 100 male and 100 female) of cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Two questionnaires were used for data collection. Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (1992) was used to measure internalized and externalizes aggression, whereas Academic Motivational Scale was utilized for measuring students' academic success. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. Findings exposed that boys expressed more externalize aggression than girls and in educational setting girls performed much better than boys. Further findings exposed a negative but moderate relationship between externalized aggression and students' academic performance and a weak correlation was found between internalize aggression and the academic performance of male students. The further result indicated a weak but negative correlation of internalizing aggression with academic performance of female students and a positive correlation of externalizing aggression with academic performance.

The sample was consisted of 100 students (50 male and 50 female) belonging to different family structures. The study was delimited to the students studying in 9 th grade. It was hypothesized that female and male students belonging to nuclear and joint family structure did not differ in their psychological adjustment. For data collection personal information questionnaire was filled by the students first, and then Reynolds Adolescent Adjustment Screening Inventory (RAASI) was managed to determine their psychological problems. After data collection their responses were scored by applying Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. Significant difference did not expose between psychological adjustment of students in nuclear and joint family structure.

The sample of present research consisted of 200 adolescent children of working women and non-working women including 50 children of working women of nuclear family structure (22 male, 28 female), 50 children of nonworking women of nuclear family structure (28 male, 22 female), 50 children of working women belonging to joint family structure (35 male, 15 female) and 50 children of non-working women belonging to joint family structure (34 male, 16 female). Their age range was from 12 to 18 years. It was hypothesized that adolescent children of working and non-working women belonging to nuclear and joint family structure, differ in their psychological adjustment. Subjects were interviewed by personal information questionnaire. Then Reynolds Adolescent Adjustment Screening Inventory (RAASI) was administered in order to determine the psychological problems among adolescent children of working and non-working women belonging to nuclear and joint family structure. ABSRACT: Current research aimed at investigating the psychological well-being of adolescent child... more ABSRACT: Current research aimed at investigating the psychological well-being of adolescent children belonging to working and non-working women. The sample of present research comprised of 200 adolescent children including 100 (male and female) children belonging to employed mothers and 100 (male and female) children belonging to non-employed mothers. It was assumed that adolescent children belonging to employed and non-employed mothers are not contrasted in their mental alteration. To begin with, Subjects were met by individual data survey, then Reynolds Adolescent Adjustment Screening Inventory (RAASI) was directed so as to determine the psychological well-being problems among adolescent children. Their responses were scored to determine the level of their mental alteration. t-test was calculated to test hypotheses of the study. The outcomes indicated insignificant difference between the adolescent children of employed and non-employed mothers in respect their psychological well-being.
