Debris Flows on Mars: Analogy with Terrestrial Periglacial Environment and Climatic Implications
Abstract
The analogy between debris flows in Greenland (Jameson Land) and debris flows on Mars suggest that some of these landforms are only due to the presence of liquid water in the first meters of the Martian subsurface. Such interpretation involves some recent climate changes.
