Ecobricks are solid plastic bottles filled with non-biological waste to make reusable building blocks. Eco-bricks is a collaboration-based technology that provides solid waste solutions at no cost to individuals, households, schools and communities. Also known as Bottle Brick or Ecoladrillo. The service method is by conducting an ecobrick workshop then making ecobrick chairs and educating about plastic waste. Ecobricks can be a hardscape material and as an artificial resource. The use of ecobricks is expected to be a change in the use of resources. The production process can be modified to allow the substitution of useless materials to be utilized.

Ketersediaan dan biaya untuk parkir adalah pertimbangan yang sangat penting bagi seseorang untuk memutuskan bagaimana cara melakukan perjalanannya, apakah menggunakan kendaraan pribadi atau kendaraan umum. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Jakarta memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan kepemilikan kendaraan. Selain itu, penyediaan angkutan umum yang tidak memadai terkait aksesibilitas dan mobilitas menyebabkan masyarakat cenderung memilih kendaraan pribadi sebagai moda transportasi primer. According to the Ministry of Transportation, the growth rate of traffic accident victims for children aged under 15 years in the period 2007-2012 ranked highest in Indonesia which is amounted 38,7%. This condition is very worrying since children as our future generation lose their future due to traffic accident. This study aims to analyze traffic safety for elementary school children with case study in Depok, State Elementary School Cisalak 01. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students, parents and teachers in grade 5 and 6. Analysis data using nonparametric statistical test. Results showed that Depok with low ranked of vulnerability based on indicator of personal safety but on the way to and from school, students still have accident risk that is mainly due to lack of safety knowledge and Safety School Zone (ZoSS). This study proposes Safer Journey to School program to improve traffic safety level of children. Abstrak Menurut Kementrian Perhubungan, tingkat pertumbuhan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas pada anak-anak usia di bawah 15 tahun dalam kurun waktu 2007-2012 menduduki peringkat tertinggi di Indonesia, yaitu sebesar 38,7%. Kondisi ini sangat memprihatinkan mengingat anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa kehilangan masa depannya akibat kecelakaan yang dialaminya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keselamatan lalu lintas pada siswa Sekolah Dasar dengan mengambil studi kasus di Depok yaitu SDN Cisalak 01. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa, orang tua dan guru kelas 5 dan 6. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik nonparametrik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam perjalanan ke dan dari sekolah masih memiliki risiko kecelakaan terutama berkaitan dengan minimnya pengetahuan keselamatan dan fasilitas Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) di sekolah. Untuk itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan program Perjalanan Aman ke Sekolah untuk meningkatkan tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas pada anak-anak.

As the adoption of project financing is gaining momentum, there is a concurrent need of innovation in project financing scheme in order to accelerate infrastructure assets provision in Indonesia. As the largest Muslim population in the world, sharia-compliant financing offers tremendous potential as a source for infrastructure financing for Indonesia. To realize this potential, there is a need of a framework to guide its adoption. Hence this paper discusses the potential implementation of Islamic finance to fund infrastructure projects in Indonesia. Through comparative analysis, this paper illustrates how Islamic principles can be incorporated into Indonesian infrastructure project financing.

Investment in construction project is able to give higher benefit beside of its high
uncertainty. The uncertainty depends on many risk factors. The influence of the identified risk then
has to be evaluated and calculated towards the project feasibility. Before investment, the feasibility of
the project has to be done that gives figures of cash flow on the following years. This can be one of the
considerations for making a decision whether this project is feasible or not. Risks that overshadow the
construction project have to be calculated as an influential factor towards the failure of a project. This
paper aims to know the feasibility of project investment by calculating the risk factors and treatment.
Risk probability matrix is used to obtain the risk priority, which then continued with financial analysis
for the feasibility study and also sensitivity analysis. The study shows that the parameter investment
value will be increased when treatment is done on risk.

In construction project operation, often there is a project cost variance in terms of the
material, equipments, manpower, subcontractor, overhead cost, and general condition. Material is the
main component in construction projects. Therefore, if the material management is not properly
managed it will create a project cost variance. Project cost can be controlled by taking corrective
actions towards the cost variance. The objective of this research paper is to identify the main cause of
the cost variance and to recommend the corrective actions. The approach to serve that objective is by
conducting surveys to high rise building construction projects in order to identify the cause of project
cost variance in material purchasing, and by interviewing experts in order to obtain recommendations
in taking corrective actions. Method Analysis used in this research is Delphi method. The result of the
research shows that the corrective action towards the variance of the material purchasing cost is
actually a preventive action (before process).
