Her specialization in (Management) Information Systems is covering the domains of
Total Quality Management (TQM) and excellence model EFQM, Corporate Performance Management (CPM) including the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), ICT Risk- and Security- management including security audit, CLOUD computing. Special focus is on MEASURING QUALITY of e-learning solution using SEVAQ and EFQUEL models and systems and on measuring e-READINESS of organisations.
She is still active as a researcher and as a consultant in the domain of e-learning and digital transformation of training .
She is active on freelance base as a consultant for SME’s. Her expertise covers the domains quality management, digital transformation and e-marketing.
