تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الفروق بين جرائم الأحداث والبالغين. وقد اعتمد البحث على تحليل معطيات ملفات الأحكام القضائية لسنة 2013 الخاصة بكل من الفئتين عن المحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة مكناس. وتكون البحث من عينة عشوائية تقدر ب 715 فردا.
واستلهمت الدراسة أطرها النظرية من براديغم الفعل والاتجاه النوروسيكوسوسيولوجي للمراهقة الذي يدعم المسئولية المحدودة بخصوص جرائم الأحداث. إن التحولات الحالية في العلوم الإنسانية تدفعنا نحو التخلي عن مقولات المدرسة الكلاسيكية التي تفسر الاجتماعي بالاجتماعي والاتجاه نحو تفسير الاجتماعي بالفردي. إن الفاعل الذي أصبح غير مسموع يقتضي المصالحة بين العلوم الصلبة والعلوم "الرخوة" أو التاريخية.   
وقد بينت النتائج أن المراهقين هم الأكثر اتجاها نحو ارتكاب جرائم العنف التي لا أرباح من ورائها بحكم كونهم يفتقدون إلى مهارات التفكير والتخطيط الاستراتيجي ووجود هوة بين قدراتهم العقلية وقدراتهم النفسية الاجتماعية. بالمقابل، تتنوع طبيعة جرائم البالغين كما ونوعا إذ تبين النتائج أن البالغين أكثر اتجاها نحو الجرائم التي تحقق لهم الأرباح وأكثر ابتعادا عن جرائم العنف.

The aim of the current study is to shed light on the cultural factors that forge women’s and men’s religiosity. To attend this goal, we selected a representative sample of 200 students from three Moroccan universities. Three variables were assessed to the participant: the first one was type of religiosity; the second focused on gender stereotypes and the third was the system of values.
The results show that there is a difference between women’s and men’s religiosity and told us that religious dogmatism is a masculine specificity. The system of values of conservation comes in the first place to increase the rigorous religiosity and the gender stereotypes come in the second place. Also, the study shows that the Moroccan school shackles the critical thinking which is necessary to establish a public sphere of tolerance.

La présente étude à pour objectif de dépasser l’approche particularisante dans l’étude de la religiosité et savoir comment la religiosité participe à la création des stéréotypes du genre. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons basé sur un échantillon de 200 étudiant(e)s de trois universités : Fès, Meknès, et Rabat.
Quatre variables ont été mesurés chez les étudiants : les stéréotypes du genre, l’attitude à l’égard des droits économiques, politiques et sociaux de la femme, le système de valeurs et la religiosité.
Les résultats ont montré que l’expérience religieuse des étudiant(e)s marocain(e)s diffère selon le sexe ainsi que leur type d’orientation vers les stéréotypes du genre et leur attitude à l’égard des droits politiques, économiques et sociaux de la femme. L’impact de la religiosité sur les stéréotypes du genre diffère selon le type de la religiosité. Les étudiants ont tendance à adopter une religiosité rigoriste qui détermine leur action dans une situation de relation avec la femme. Quant aux étudiantes, même s’elles adoptent un discours de droit en faveur de la femme elles échouent d’illustrer cette volonté au niveau de la pratique.

The current research aims to check the state of knowledge about cyberbullying via social media against sub-Saharan migrants. In order to do so, a narrative review was adopted for twenty-three studies that were selected after the studies that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded from the current study. The results showed that the research topic still needs more field research. Factors of social identity and environment factors, in the context of the hosting country, play a primarily role in cyber-bullying victimization through social media among migrants in general, and African migrants in particular.

This paper aims to answer this question: How pupils parents experience waiting during the Covid 19 pandemic when they had to deal with local authorities and educational institutions?
A qualitative method was used to answer the problem of the study, especially semi-structured interviews and content analysis.The results showed that the waiting experience of the parents of the students has three implications: communicative, legal-administrative and finally educational.
