Este artículo tiene como objetivo aclarar el lugar significativo de la interculturalidad en el aula de idiomas. De hecho, las sociedades actuales están expuestas a cambios profundos a nivel individual y colectivo bajo el efecto de la digitalización. Esto significa que el individuo experimenta una nueva socialización, una especie de socialización digital dentro de la cual la dimensión intercultural ocupa un lugar central a través de la apertura lingüística y cultural al otro. Morocco is a country at the crossroads of other countries, a link between Europe and Africa. L'asymétrie d'information L'asymétrie d'information permet d'analyser des comportements et des situations courantes de l'économie de marché. Le plus clair du temps, on constate que sur un marché, un des deux acteurs dispose d'une meilleure information, il en sait plus que l'autre sur les conditions de l'échange (qualité du produit, travail fourni…). Cela contredit donc l'hypothèse de transparence de l'information du modèle standard de concurrence pure et parfaite. Des individus rationnels qui maximisent leur utilité, sont donc prêts à avoir des comportements opportunistes qui risquent de compromettre le fonctionnement efficace du marché. I) Antisélection et aléa moral On peut distinguer deux situations d'information asymétrique : d'une part l'antisélection, appelée aussi sélection adverse, où le marché est perturbée par le fait qu'une partie connaît mieux les caractéristiques du bien échangé au moment de la signature du contrat et d'autre part, l'aléa moral qui est une situation dans laquelle une des parties (encore appelée principal) ne peut contrôler l'action de l'autre partie (appelée agent) ou bien n'a pas les moyens d'en évaluer l'opportunité. 1) L'antisélection L'antisélection est due à un problème d'asymétrie d'information qui se déclare au moment de la signature du contrat (ex-ante). Lorsque les acheteurs observent imparfaitement la qualité de biens qu'ils désirent acquérir, les vendeurs ont intérêt à surestimer la qualité de leurs produits afin de les vendre au prix le plus élevé possible. Les acheteurs ne peuvent donc ni avoir confiance dans les déclarations des vendeurs, ni déduire qu'un prix élevé signifie une bonne qualité. Dans un tel cadre, les vendeurs de biens de bonne qualité, qui valent effectivement un prix élevé, peuvent être dans l'impossibilité de vendre leur produit à leur véritable prix dans la mesure où les acheteurs doutent de sa qualité. Le prix n'est plus un parfait signal de la valeur du bien, puisque, pour un même prix, il est possible d'obtenir des biens de qualités différentes. Le prix ne peut plus jouer son rôle d'information. Dans ces conditions le marché concurrentiel ne peut plus fonctionner efficacement. L'agent victime d'un manque d'information risque de sélectionner un produit qui ne correspond pas au prix affiché, ou demande un prix si bas que les bons produits sont retirés du marché. L'exemple des automobiles d'occasion Dans un article célèbre (« The market for lemons : Quality uncertainity and the market mechanisms »1970), Akerlof va démontrer que le prix n'est pas nécessairement synonyme de qualité, bonne ou mauvaise selon son évolution. Et pour cela, il prend l'exemple d'un marché de cent voitures d'occasion où cinquante sont des modèles de mauvaise qualité (« lemons ») et cinquante sont des modèles de bonne qualité. Qui connaît la qualité exacte du modèle proposé? Certainement pas l'acheteur. Seul le propriétaire dispose de l'information. Pour les acheteurs potentiels, l'asymétrie d'information est totale. Quel sera le prix du marché ? Tout laisse à penser que le propriétaire d'un mauvais modèle est prêt à le vendre beaucoup moins cher que le propriétaire d'une voiture de bonne qualité. Si la qualité des modèles est parfaitement identifiée, pas de problème. Par contre, que se passe t-il si l'acheteur est incapable d'estimer la qualité du modèle proposé, asymétrie d'information oblige ? À cette question, Akerlof répond simplement : en proposant un prix unique, qui pourrait être un prix moyen, le marché permet uniquement la mise en vente des modèles de médiocre qualité. A ce prix, les propriétaires des modèles de bonne qualité se retirent du marché, le prix moyen du marché étant trop faible. The purpose of this article is to construct and validate a measurement scale of judgment and to test it in the context of public service. The challenge of this research lies in the fact that it is about a princeps work. To our knowledge, there isn’t up today a measurement scale of the
“judgment” construct in marketing. Regarding its latent nature, the "judgment" construct can not be directly observed and can be apprehended only through indicators to represent it. In
addition to its construction, the psychometric properties of the scale have been verified so that it can be used in future studies and predict the judgment of the public service user. From exploratory and confirmatory analysis through structural equations, we arrive at a measure
that presents a reliable and stable structure. The results of the exploratory research highlight seven facets of the user's judgment following a public servuction: rationality, jugeability,mood, affectivity, familiarity, hedonism and warmth. Confirmatory factor analysis has endorsed a measurement model that demonstrates that the user's judgment following a public service is composed of five (5) main dimensions: rationality, judgment, affectivity, familiarity and hedonism.

La question migratoire n’a pas cessé de faire couler beaucoup d’encre, au Maroc comme ailleurs. S’il est vrai que ce phénomène a pris des allures dramatiques avec ce que nous révèle les médias, avec son lot quotidien de migrants fuyant les guerres ou les migrants climatiques, ou encore et toujours les migrants économiques qui cherchent refuge en Europe, et risquent leurs vies dans la Méditerranée ou en traversant les Balkans.
A ce titre on se pose la problématique suivante :
Le Maroc en tant que carrefour migratoire et pays d’accueil pour les subsahariens, Quelle gouvernance de migration doit-il adopté ? Et quels défis devra-t-il relever pour le futur ?
La migration demeure une question transversale qui implique plusieurs acteurs ayant des positionnements, intérêts et appréciations divers du phénomène. Il serait presque un truisme d’affirmer qu’une approche globale intégrée est nécessaire pour une meilleure prise en charge des questions migratoires. Il s’agit d’un projet de société dans lequel l’ensemble des structures sociétales ont un rôle à jouer pour gager le défi.
En fin, il faut concilier entre les besoins sécuritaires de l’État et les exigences humanitaires des migrants africains au niveau régional et universel.

The Covid 19 pandemic, as a black swan, has highlighted the reality of unforeseen turbulence and disruptive events that can arise and threaten the business ecosystem. Without being an isolated event, the black swans have a high probability of becoming "The new normal" in consideration with the ruptures and the singularities carrying uncertainty and ambiguities thus representing major challenges for the sustainability of the companies. Indeed, by analyzing the forward-looking discourse, it is clear that companies are forced into the era of Industry 4.0 to find new managerial paradigms to improve or obtain advantages in disruptive or even chaotic environmental scenarios. In this article we take a look at anti-fragility, an emerging approach that transcends robustness and resilience. According to its designer, it would be an interesting one to study to overcome the various shocks Taleb (2012). The basic idea would be that disturbances are necessary for the sustainability of a system (social, natural, economic, entrepreneurial, etc.) in order to remain adaptive, efficient and even to strengthen. When companies want at all costs to break away from chance and volatility, they run the risk of becoming fragile. Antifragile companies, on the contrary, are getting stronger.

Recent discussion of the success of feature selection methods has argued that focusing on a relatively small number of features has been counterproductive. Instead, it is suggested, the number of significant features can be in the thousands or tens of thousands, rather than (as is commonly supposed at present) approximately in the range from five to fifty. This change, in orders of magnitude, in the number of influential features, necessitates alterations to the way in which we choose features and to the manner in which the success of feature selection is assessed. In this paper, we suggest a general approach that is suited to cases where the number of relevant features is very large, and we consider particular versions of the approach in detail. We propose ways of measuring performance, and we study both theoretical and numerical properties of the proposed methodology.
