informa... more This article is a theoretical study on the application of ergonomic concepts, focusing on informational ergonomics in order to identify differences in an interface system of a washing machine model. Thus, we have developed a theoretical reference on the subject, followed by research and application of ergonomic analysis techniques, such as affinity diagram and observation with users of this system. It was then possible to realize in a practical way the ergonomic variances within a interface system; this study may well serve as a reference for interventions and ergonomic analysis within this context.
