Este estudo analisou o potencial de combinação das ferramentas, jogo de perguntas pessoais, mapa ... more Este estudo analisou o potencial de combinação das ferramentas, jogo de perguntas pessoais, mapa de empatia e storytelling, na compreensão do conhecimento tácito de indivíduos. As ferramentas propostas foram aplicadas para uma amostra de 28 participantes. Os dados obtidos foram interpretados como características pessoais e relacionais dos indivíduos. Os resultados mostraram que as ferramentas foram complementares na compreensão breve dos conhecimentos tácitos dos participantes, que refletiram sobre si próprios, sobre o seu contexto e a sua história.

Resumo: A utilização do bambu industrializado é pouco conhecida e explorada no Brasil, apesar do ... more Resumo: A utilização do bambu industrializado é pouco conhecida e explorada no Brasil, apesar do longo histórico de uso do bambu pelos países asiáticos e das qualidades e vantagens reconhecidas pela literatura como superiores à madeira. Deste modo, o objetivo deste artigo foi analisar o uso sustentável do bambu industrializado para o design de móveis no Brasil e as respectivas responsabilidades dos designers neste processo. As informações aqui apresentadas foram obtidas por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Também foram realizadas entrevistas com designers do setor moveleiro nacional. Os resultados encontrados demonstram que os potenciais do bambu industrializado quanto aos aspectos tecnológicos, econômicos e sociais podem ser devidamente aproveitados se houver maior envolvimento dos designers na utilização deste material, considerando o seu manejo sustentável, o seu potencial produtivo e a capacidade industrial do país na produção de móveis. The objective of this study is to evaluate the potential of combining tools - game of personal qu... more The objective of this study is to evaluate the potential of combining tools - game of personal questions, empathy map and storytelling - in understanding the tacit knowledge of individuals. The study was applied to a sample of 28 participants, and the data collected were interpreted as personal and relational characteristics of the individuals. Results show that the tools were complementary in the brief understanding of participants’ tacit knowledge, who had the chance to reflect on themselves, their context and their history.

Within this context, this article from research on the production of bamboo chain in form industrialized in Brazil, aims to present the main industrialization processes, showing the potential of the material and application examples of its use for the design furniture.

The structure of the supply chain of industrial bamboo and the development of its culture of use,... more The structure of the supply chain of industrial bamboo and the development of its culture of use, are fundamental aspects for the application of the material in furniture design. Recent studies conducted in the country show the environmental, social and economic potential of bamboo for the design. From this perspective, the study presents the case of Brazil Oré, single record in the country of private enterprise that has operated the production chain of industrial bamboo for furniture design, of the extraction of raw materials to marketing in the consumer market. However, it was the company's decision to discontinue their production and marketing of furniture made of bamboo that generated the main question of the research, about what the possible weak points of the production chain and its relation to the culture in the industrialized bamboo. Given this context, the aim of this study report the case of application of industrial bamboo in furniture design by the company Oré Brazil presents the stages and production processes, characteristics and properties of the productive chain of the material of study adopted by the company. It was adopted in conducting the research a descriptive methodological approach, predominantly qualitative nature, consists of three main steps: Literature Review of the main guiding themes of work; case study, ex-post-fact on the company Oré Brazil and interviews with furniture design experts in Brazil. The results achieved by the study point to the importance of federal incentives for public-private partnerships in initiatives that seek solutions to the challenges in the stages and processes of the supply chain of industrial bamboo. The agreement reached between Brazil and Chinese governments to exchange knowledge on the use of bamboo in various sectors of society, the existence of easy lines of credit to farmers for cultivation and handling of the material, as well as other incentive policies targeted and proposed by federal law 12,484 / 11 are some of the aspects that can provide the use of industrialized bamboo in country, to furniture design. The study also outlines other possible actions such as: technical and vocational training for training of skilled manpower, incentives and guidelines for design management deployment in the business environment, greater support for research centers to seek partnerships with businesses for applied projects, formation of an integrated database for sharing of existing knowledge and development of technical standards geared to the industrially use of bamboo and other actions listed by the study.
