Existing several interests of studies related with the Artificial Intelligence as: agents computational, their communication forms, communication languages, interaction forms among them. Waking up not only it interests in the academic space also in organizations and deprived institutions. The objective of this work is to approach and to analyze conceptually two Multi-agents platforms: FIPA-OS and JADE. The educational processes have depended on the existence of groups, both the large ones, as the c... more The educational processes have depended on the existence of groups, both the large ones, as the community, or the small ones, as in classroom group work activities. With the advent of the internet and with the development of the informational and communicational technologies, there was an increase at the utilization of collaborative learning, where socio-affective factors and computer supported collaborative learning groups have an important role. In collaborative learning activities, the socio-affective abilities of a person need to be conjugated with other's abilities, in order to be successful at the group work. Therefore, this research proposes a tool based on Clustering Algorithm, which together with the Roger Verdier Web Evaluation will support the construction of likewise socio-affective collaborative groups on higher education teaching.

This paper presents partial results of a Research Project of data mining for Duke Energy Brazil t... more This paper presents partial results of a Research Project of data mining for Duke Energy Brazil that is being developed by Ibmec-RJ. The collected data supports a series of tests and studies used in the daily life of the company. It presents a prototype of the software for data mining that is being implemented to optimize Commercial and Operational interests. Through the use of algorithms or search engines, this work try to discover patterns, trends and inference rules in the data to improve optimized decisions by the user. Future papers will present the modules of these tool using neural networks and cluster analysis with the database of Duke Energy Brazil.

O termo gamificação compreende a aplicação de elementos de jogos em atividades de não jogos. Assi... more O termo gamificação compreende a aplicação de elementos de jogos em atividades de não jogos. Assim, embora a palavra tenha sido utilizada pela primeira vez em 2010, a gamificação tem sido aplicada há muito tempo. Na educação, por exemplo, a criança podia ter seu trabalho reconhecido com estrelinhas (recompensa) ou as palavras iam se tornando cada vez mais difíceis de serem soletradas no ditado da professora (níveis adaptados às habilidades dos usuários). Embora esses sejam exemplos simples, é possível que você, leitor, tenha lembrado de uma experiência parecida e, portanto, testemunhado atividades gamificadas. O que mudou foi a compreensão do processo, sua relevância para a educação e, principalmente, a responsabilidade em sua aplicação. Para colaborar com as pesquisas que estão surgindo sobre o tema, este E-book propõe reunir conceitos, indagações, aplicações e respostas sobre a gamificação e a educação.
