Apresenta as relacoes da memoria com a Arquivologia sob a perspectiva da Historia-Memoria para an... more Apresenta as relacoes da memoria com a Arquivologia sob a perspectiva da Historia-Memoria para analisar a influencia desses eventos na producao de conhecimento arquivistico no Brasil, mesmo antes do surgimento da nocao de sociedade da informacao na Ciencia da Informacao. Faz-se um breve historico da funcao historico-memorial nos arquivos, desde a Antiguidade ate os dias atuais. Utiliza-se metodologia quali-quantitativa para se verificar o peso desta funcao sobre o conhecimento arquivistico registrado em periodicos cientificos brasileiros, a partir de consultas a base BRAPCI e aos periodicos Acervo, Estudos Historicos e Arquivo & Administracao. Conclui que a funcao historico-memorial possui importância periferica no campo arquivistico brasileiro, especialmente apos o ano 2000.

Utilizou-se pesquisa bibliografica para o levantamento de questoes teoricas sobre as relacoes entre memoria e informacao no campo informacional, caracterizacoes sobre a memoria social e a memoria institucional, bem como elementos para a construcao da memoria a partir dos arquivos, baseado principalmente nos conceitos de lugares de memoria, documento-monumento e dispositivo de arquivo. Levantam-se caracteristicas associadas aos centros de memoria, bem como sua comparacao com os centros de documentacao. Pretende-se obter subsidios que contribuam para melhor compreensao do trabalho de promocao da memoria a partir de documentos arquivisticos, bem como a construcao de um conceito de centro de memoria para o campo informacional.

Utilizou-se pesquisa bibliografica para o levantamento no âmbito do que e caracterizado na Ciencia da Informacao por diferentes correntes epistemologicas como historicismo, visao construtivista social e paradigma social. Observam-se questoes eticas na realizacao deste trabalho, bem como a atribuicao de informatividade a estes documentos. Os aportes teoricos buscam problematizar as relacoes entre memoria, arquivo e informacao no campo informacional, concebendo-as como construcoes sociais.

The understanding of archival documents is re-signified, in the light of archival and organizational theories. The characterization of electoral memory is made in comparison to the notion of institutional memory and, further, understanding the regulatory function of Electoral Justice. Bibliographic research was used to talk about organization, institution and institutionalization processes. The comparative method was used to recover archival and organizational / institutional aspects related to the archival document, as well as to develop the notion of electoral memory based on institutional memory. The general objective of this research was to understand the effective uses of archival documents... more The general objective of this research was to understand the effective uses of archival documents in memory centers of the Brazilian Federal Judiciary to promote memory. As theoretical basis, were raised the epistemological foundations of the sociocultural character of information in the informational field, the relations between archive and memory, questions about the heritage and its values, the archival functions evaluation, preservation and access, conceptualization of memory center and the characterization of informational policies, information regimes and worth regimes underlying these centers. An exploratory research was carried out on the sites of the memory centers of the Brazilian Federal Judicial Power, to verify and analyze the effective uses of the archival documents. Promoção da memória social a partir de documentos arquivísticos em centros de memória do Poder Ju... more Promoção da memória social a partir de documentos arquivísticos em centros de memória do Poder Judiciário Federal brasileiro: em foco a memória, o patrimônio e a informação Resumo: Apontam-se alguns fundamentos teóricos para o desenvolvimento do trabalho de promoção da memória social com documentos arquivísticos. Considerando-se a memória como uma construção social e processual, relaciona-se memória e arquivo para a problematização de caminhos para o trabalho desnaturalizado destes documentos, perpassados pelas perspectivas do patrimônio e da informação. Verifica-se como a história dos arquivos e a escrita contribuíram para a formação dos lugares da memória de Pierre Nora, bem como o surgimento de diversos sentidos sobre memória. Articulou-se patrimônio à memória, tentando-se obter, a partir da discussão acerca dos valores patrimoniais, elementos para se pensar os processos de patrimonialização de documentos arquivísticos e a construção desnaturalizada da memória social e da informação sobre estes documentos. Informação Promoting social memory from archival documents in memory centers of the Brazilian Federal Judiciary: focusing memory, heritage and information Abstract: They point out some theoretical foundations for the development of the promotion work of social memory with archival documents. Considering the memory as a social and procedural construction, relates to memory and file for questioning paths for denatured work of these documents, perpassados the prospects of the assets and information. It can be seen as the history of files and writing contributed to the formation of the places of Pierre Nora's memory as well as the emergence of differently on memory. Articulated is worth the memory, trying to get from the discussion of asset values, elements to think about the heritage processes of archival documents and the denatured construction of social memory and information about these documents.
