
Celia Passos
Celia Passos, PhD, is a Lawyer with psychoanalytic training, coordinator, teacher and executive director at ISA-ADRS, an institution that works with Mediation, Restorative Justice and Consensus Building Processes. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master in Legal and Social Sciences from Fluminense Federal University, a Master in Advanced Studies in Mediation and University Diploma in Mediation by the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch – and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and Post MBA from FDC-Kellogg School of Management, Chicago. Celia is a member of the Permanent Forum for Mediation and Restorative Practices of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro and served as the president of the Restorative Justice Commission of OAB-RJ, the Brazilian Bar Association. She is a worldwidely invited trainer and speaker, and most recently, she has been a consultant and trainer Guinea-Bissau, East Africa.
