
Moises Guerra
Moisés Guerra is currently a PhD candidate in communications technologies, bioengineering and Renewable Energy at Universidad Publica de Navarra (UPNA) and belong to the INGEPER Research Group. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana “José Simeón Cañas” (UCA), El Salvador, in 1998 and the M.Sc. Renewable Energy Management at Don Bosco University (El Salvador) in 2012.
He has worked in it around marketing energy, aeronautical maintenance and currently for the last fifteen years working at the Don Bosco University as Director of the School of Electrical Engineering. He has been a professor at the Faculty of Engineering, teaching in the degree of Electrical Engineering, teaching courses in Engineering sciences as well as in the specialized area of Renewable Energies, He has produced different research articles on: Power and Energy, Bioclimatic Architecture and Renewable Energies.Since 2003, he has been a professor and a Researcher with the Power and Energy research group with the Eléctrical School of Engineering at Universidad Don Bosco (UDB) in El Salvador.
He is an IEEE member, He belongs to Power and Energy Society (PES), Smart Grid Community, IEEE. He is an advisor to the student PES chapter of Don Bosco University (UDB).
