Aim: This research is to compare the amount of raw material purchase, frequency of purchase of raw materials, the frequency of delivery of raw materials, and the total cost of procurement of raw material inventories carried out using traditional methods and modeling methods EOQ in Cosmetics Company. Method: Data were collected using the data of the company in 2014-2015 and interviews with the owners and employees of the Company Cosmetics. Lemon (Citrus limon) is one of the nutritious medicinal plants that have not been widely known to the public that is used as an obesity drug. The purpose of this research is to fi nd the chemical compound in lemon plants that potentially has an antiobesity activity at ascorbic acid. The method that been used in this research is in-silico analysis trough molecular docking of chemical compound that potentially has an antiobesity activity in Lemon plants.The software that been used in this research is Pyrx, Avogadro, Discovery Studio, PyMol, Chem3D, and ChemDraw. The results of this study are the ability of the active compound Ascorbic Acid (The most influential Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 beta compound) to bind CuO ligands.

D... more Extract of mangosteen rind (Garcinia mangostana L.), have been studied have anti-burn activity. Designing a cold cream formulation containing the extract was expected to facilitate the application. This study was aimed to determine the pharmaceutical physical properties of cold cream. Cold cream preparation was performed at 60 °C then it tested on 0 to day 28 after preparation to determine the pharmaceutical physical properties of the cold cream. The physical evaluation includes homogeneity test, the droplet size distribution, type of cream, rheological, and the degree of phase separation, descriptively. The results showed good physical properties, homogeneous cream, with a droplet size of <10μm, cream-type W/O, with a thixotropic rheological and degrees separation of 1.
